We have used the Document Diva's services twice now at my company. Both times we were facing a time crunch and she made us feel like she dropped everything to come through for us. Today, we called her shortly before 12 noon to find out if she was available to notarize a document and how soon she could get to our office. She gave us a 1pm appointment which was awesome! But I then found out our company's owner needed to be boarding a flight by 2:20pm at John Wayne (like I said, time. crunch.) I called LaShon back and explained the situation, and asked her if she could get to us asap. She walked through our door 20 minutes later! It took her 10 minutes--maybe less?--to do her thing and she was then on her way with a check for her services. She was efficient, professional, genuinely kind, and super accommodating.
