The first time we brought him in we were obviously new dog owners and Sydney took the time when we went to pick him up to show us some home grooming tips. They have ALWAYS done a great job on him. Never a nick or even missed hair. Sydney is often there in the morning to greet us when we come in and our dog is almost instantly calmed when Sydney picks him up.
