The first time we brought him in we were obviously new dog owners and Sydney took the time when we went to pick him up to show us some home grooming tips. They have ALWAYS done a great job on him. Never a nick or even missed hair. Sydney is often there in the morning to greet us when we come in and our dog is almost instantly calmed when Sydney picks him up. I had occasions when you tell the businesses that you are using a Groupon, their attitude change immensely - I get it, a lot would have been taken away by Groupon. But when I called and mention the Groupon while making the appointment, the lady I talked to was very courteous about it, which to me was already a good sign. As it turned out they have put up a Groupon to attract business for the lady's daughter Siarra to practice grooming. The mother and daughter duo listened to what I wanted and gave recommendation very professionally. My little pup was matted all over place, and I was upset that he would probably have to be spot shaved or shaved entirely. I told them I preferred the spot shave. While I was totally prepared to witness a ridiculous looking pup when I picked him up- they managed to save all that hair by heavily conditioning! I was ever so grateful that they went above and beyond to make this the best dog grooming experience I have ever had. My fur baby looked fabulous. Now I know where to go when he needs another grooming appointment!
