Once we got there Cathy wasn't friendly at all, but hey it was late. Over the phone my partner was told we would receive photo updates. We didn't get any updates until dinner time, when we specifically requested the peace of mind sooner. I get that it takes a while to get photos out but we were new and it would be good business to communicate. We picked them up the next day and she had the dogs rushed out to greet us. Made me feel like we weren't welcomed to go in. I asked to look around a bit for next time we are in town. She expressed a ton of attitude and when I saw the size of the outdoor play area I was disappointed. She rushed us out so fast we didn't get a chance to ask when they last ate, went potty, or how their stay was. We won't bring our dogs back.

She lost a customer, will never step in her shop. She brings her 3 yrs old daughter everyday, sit on sleep on a filthy coach. I will never step on her shop anymore. I will take my 2 small dogs somewhere else. She can tell tell who said the lies telling her i said her dog being in the cage everyday, nasty accusations. I miss Sabrina the previous owner.

Booking was easy, and the whole place has that friendly, local vibe where you can tell they actually care about the animals. The staff was super patient and took the time to understand what I wanted for my dog instead of rushing through everything. What stood out most was how calm my dog was after the appointment. Usually grooming stresses him out, but here he seemed comfortable the whole time. They clearly handle pets with a lot of care and attention. The grooming itself turned out great--clean, neat, and exactly what I asked for. I also like that they offer little extras, so it feels more like a full pampering experience rather than just a basic wash. Overall, a really positive experience.

Hands down the girls at this place from the owner to the groomers, 100000000000% amazing. I called and the owner immediately just listened to me and accommodated everything I needed. As soon as I got there the girls knew exactly about the situation. They all had amazing communication and booked me with the same groomer from last time. Which also she did an amazing job on too!!! Ugh I just can't stress how great this place and these girls are. Oh also the best part, I asked if they can save some of cocos hair so that I can as it as stuffing for a teddy bear or something and they not only saved it but also gave me a cute hand made Polaroid! I started tearing up. Thank you thank you thank you! You guys are seriously amazing!
