The contract states if you cancel within 30 days of a NEW subscription you will be issued a refund. My good people the manager canceled my subscription the 21st of March and never issued a refund. She's dodged my calls and FINALLY sent me a email back not including the 30 days refund policy for new members and also advised since it's been 30 days my contract is no longer in the system.. I don't think that would hold up in court that documentation I signed feb 28th is not there. If you don't need to cancel you may be fine, but if ANYTHING happens you probably should just go through your bank.

Unsanitary Bathrooms: There is consistently standing water on the bathroom floor, which is both gross and a slipping hazard. Zero Visible Maintenance: I have yet to see a single maintenance staff member wiping down or sanitizing machines on the workout floor. The equipment isn't top-tier, but nobody is expecting a elite university recreation center, so the machines themselves are fine. The core problem here is basic cleanliness. You would expect management and corporate leadership to take far more pride in how their business is run and maintained for paying members.

The gym has clean towels (hand towel size) for sweat and/or cleaning equipment. There are lockers and a shower. Good gym etiquette amongst those in the gym with us and the owners are very easy to talk to. This is not the "Globo gym" type of gym so if you like those plates with flat sides that are nearly impossible to properly deadlift with, or like your benches bolted to the floor, then there are other options, but if you are serious about working out, this is your gym.

This is unfortunately my first review and is probably the worst review that I would've given to-date because this is the worst Anytime fitness that I've ever visited. This gym looks like it hasn't been dusted in at least three weeks . The bathroom was filthy, I visited this gym at 8 o'clock in the morning and inside the bathroom, the garbage is full of toilet paper, the toilet was filthy, the shower was filthy, with rust stains dripping down the wall. Dust everywhere Filth on the floor, it was just disgusting. The actual lifting area of this gym is very small, anyone who is serious about their fitness, will find this gym unacceptable. If you just want to get a quick 15 minute workout, jump on the treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical, this gym would be OK. Outside of that, I would not recommend. I wait until 3 pm, door is still locked so I call again, no answer so I leave a voicemail and send a text no with no response. I wait until 3:20pm thinking maybe someone was running behind, nothing. I leave a message on the webpage on the contact us form same day. Still have not received a single response from anyone. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional business practice. If you value your time, I would recommend staying away from this business, complete waste of time. Thanks for nothing. I would rate zero stars if I could.
