The coaches are all rad, really supportive, and you can tell they actually care about helping you improve. I mainly ran for exercise, so the gym or working out wasn't a norm for me. I struggled to staying consistent at the gym and never really enjoyed going, but this place completely changed that for me. It's become a part of my routine that I actually look forward to now. I was a guest with a member of the gym around 10am this morning to train, there was a man and a…read morewoman up front that usually gets us checked in. The guy at the front had me sign in as a guest, the person I came with had her phone out to pay the $15 we know we had to pay and as we were going to tap the phone to pay the girl sitting on the back counter tells us it's $15 in a very rude manner as if she was talking to children.... The person I came with informed her we already know because we've been in before.... The way she said it and how she handled the situation after the fact was very rude and unprofessional. After we walked alway we proceeded to get on the stair master and treadmill. I had noticed that we had been stared at and pointed at. Then who I imagine to be a friend of the girl on the counter walks in and they talked about and stared at the person I came with, then more people gathered around the front talking about the situation. Then They proceeded to talk about, stare and point at the person I came with for the ENTIRETY of the 15 mins we were on the machines. I'm very disappointed considering this is supposed to be a place of growth and no judgement! I don't know if I'll be returning!
