A happy upbeat & inspirational environment lives here. It is a blend that matches one's caffeine intake and reminds one to get your fitness goals done. This location is massive and one-stop-shopping for all of your wellness needs. The happy counter staff such as the very welcoming, Kenneth, to the kind cafe peeps and even salon staff that absolutely do not take themselves too seriously but are naturally happy and helpful. This was my second time and I wanted to do more than I did the previous time here. I had the privilege of taking a dance class with the soulful and intuitive instructor named Jenny. It was a high energy dance coreo set where she made sure all were included and shined with gusto during the end of class performance. She created a special 'ring of accountability' before and after the class was taught. A true safe space to your bold authentic yourself. This kind of teaching extends beyond one's 'self-care' and exists on a frequency of 'community-care' and supports the 'group mind' of a creative set of artists or people wanting to draw more outside the box. The steam room and sauna were clean and detoxes one perfectly and so does the amazing hot tub and plunge pool duo and while taken all in rotation it was downright Japanese in their easy flowing easy to access layout. For every uptempo aminity there are downtempo ones too. A special shoutout to soulful Elizabeth Brown who taught a mid-day Root Yoga course filled with the best energy and well paced kindness. This is my kind of class, it's solid and restorative in its pacing and keeps the yogi listening without the pressures of comparison. Elizabeth meets you where you are no matter the level of practice and look forward to booking her class again when I am in town next. So as a courtesy as we wait we were lucky enough to attend this second class just the other day. The first class we did was a 30 min pilates class, this time we did a 30 min yoga class. There are so many aspects we like about Hotworx. Working out in your own private sauna is so calming. Controlling not only the heat but the lightening and sound too. The virtual instructors really do keep you motivated throughout the challenging workout. We find they are really helpful in keeping you going through the hot, tough session. After both sessions we are dripping with sweat, but our muscles feel alive and exhausted. We make sure to try to hydrate well after each session. Completing a workout at Hotworx feels like an accomplishment. You should try it out sometime for yourself.

Shred is doing an excellent job of keeping people safe during the pandemic. They have cut class…read moresize in half, they clean thoroughly after classes, and they provide at least an hour gap between classes. Masks are required at all times except during class itself while active. The instructors keep things fun with black light classes, donations classes for Alzheimer's research and breast cancer funding, and fun playlists during class. I feel very safe coming to Shred, and I come 3-4 times a week. Exercising is essential to keeping healthy during this strange time, and I'm so happy to have found a positive, responsible studio.

The coaches are all rad, really supportive, and you can tell they actually care about helping you improve. I mainly ran for exercise, so the gym or working out wasn't a norm for me. I struggled to staying consistent at the gym and never really enjoyed going, but this place completely changed that for me. It's become a part of my routine that I actually look forward to now. Really glad I found this place and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about getting started. Shout out to all the awesome people I've met so far there!

The coaches are great and do a wonderful job at helping you lift and work out the correct way. The members are amazing and supportive. The owners are local terrific people! I highly suggest trying out a workout for free, I promise you will get hooked!
