Absolutely love Devon's work! I could not recommend her enough. I've now gotten two Brazilians here. The first was a little more painful and scary than usual, especially since we were skeptical of wax being able to grab the hair (it was quite short), but Devon got it all! My second time was an absolute breeze, almost painless, and wasn't until SIX weeks later because I had such little regrowth! Waxes are generally a little nerve wracking, especially Brazilians, but Devon makes everyone feel so comfortable and welcome. She recommends and uses incredible products, uses perfect technique, keeps everything SUPER clean and sterile, and talks you through every process start to finish to make sure you feel safe and secure with her. I scheduled an appointment for eyelash extensions at 2:45pm and when I arrived, the door was locked, with no one inside and no one answering the phones. Eventually someone answered my text on the number I was told to text. They told me that my appointment was scheduled for 2:30, not 2:45, so the lash tech already left. I had 4+ emails and multiple texts showing that my appointment was actually at 2:45 and I was there at the right time. When I showed her this proof, she still refused to give me my money back. She said it was a "miscommunication error" so she wouldn't give me my money back but it wasn't. I made the appointment at 2:45, have multiple confirmation emails and texts saying it's at 2:45 yet she still refused to give me my money back when they already charged me $80+ and it was clearly a mistake on their end. I've been wanting to get a wax by Dev for a long time. Her salon is a 45 minute drive from my house and I'm glad I traveled that far to get waxed by her! Visiting in laws and needed an eyelash fill, made appointment thru her website, paid the deposit requested and then received an email stating she doesn't do fills for other people's work. No problem, but you should put that on your website so i don't waste my time or yours. Now i have to make sure my deposit is refunded, extra work for me when easily solved by fully disclosing on your website what your policies are. read more

The second I walked in, the owner seemed super unfriendly and very unwelcoming. I scheduled a hybrid lash and showed somewhat of an idea of the type of style lash I usually get. I walked out with pretty much a classic looking set, and not even a week later, so much fall out. Which I've never had issues with lash retention. Although the lash tech I had was super friendly, which is why I gave it 2 stars, between the atmosphere and lashing, I would not recommend purely off my experience. read more

It's a 10/10 for me! I have been to The DollHouse a few times now and each experience was great (even my first Brazilian ). The owner is super knowledgeable and professional, yet still fun and welcoming. I'm excited to keep trying new procedures and continuing to maintain the ones I've already had done. Fortunately, The Dollhouse is about a 5 minute drive from my home but I would definitely travel to get my procedures done by Devon. Salon is beautiful and spacious. Dev always does a great job on my lashes. Always a comfortable experience. Whenever I get my lashes done here I always receive compliments. Dev is very professional and gives enough time for each of her clients so make sure you get there on time. Went in for a 24k Gold facial treatment, and my face has never felt more moisturized and soft! Dev's facial room has a very calming relaxing atmosphere, chill music and eucalyptus scents that made it a little hard not to fall asleep for a nap LOL. Will definitely book another service. Stay far away from this illegitimate and unlicensed business! LOVES TO INSULT AND BELITTLE HER CUSTOMERS! There you go again deflecting and not taking any responsibility for being unprofessional and downright rude to your customers. Many people in the business have come forward to me after this incident and have similar or worse accounts about you and your illegitimate business. You don't even hold a license to perform the services you claim to be a professional at. That's why when anyone confronts you for unprofessionalism you immediately block them so that you don't get exposed for who you really are: a complete fraud. Anyone in any business that serves customers, would have even a bit more professionalism than you. You clearly have never been trained how to treat your customers. Calling us "not true clients" because we used you when you had a sale. Tell me, why do you run sales targeted specifically to prior clients if you're going to turn around and call them "not true clients" for taking advantage of your sales? You bully a 17 year old for not being aware of your absurd "no early policy" rather than simply being patient and having some class and professionalism by kindly explaining the policy to her. But you clearly have no regard for your clients. Maybe if you acted like a professional with some courtesy, you would have people who want to for you and could have them answer your door. How is it mine or my daughters fault that you don't know how to properly run a business or are short staffed? How about start with an apology rather than scolding a 17 year old? How about putting up a sign on your door asking not to disturb you as you're in the middle of another appointment? Clearly, you have no idea how to run a business. read more

I love this place! Dev does such a great job and is so very hospitable and personal to her customers. I loved getting to know her and have her fix up my eyelashes every couple of weeks! She really goes above and beyond for her customers. Beautiful and clean space. Highly recommend for brows and lashes! My favorite thing is my classic eyelashes and I come back every 2-3 weeks for a fill! It is super easy to make appointments, all online, and I get quick responses from her on Instagram.
