The lawyers are not very aggressive. They don't fight for the innocent. I have a pending case with a very large well known company and of course just like with every case they don't want to take liability for their NEGLIGENCE and the injuries I left their store with. The Dominguez firm dropped my case. The case managers are snobby and aren't very reliable in a sense they don't return your calls on time or when they say they will. I would give 0 stars if i could. If you are looking for UNPROFESSIONAL, CARLESS and GREEDY firm and looking to waste your time then look no further. Where do I even start, the Dominguez firm is the worst firm I have ever came across. From begging to end. When they took my brother's case (he was hit by a car and was injured) they gave us high hope it was a great case. He lost his tooth in the process and had been hurting since over a year (2025) they kept switching his case with different lawyers. Months went by no response and they always had no clue what was going on or who was carrying his case. This to me showed me that they did not care and just let more time go by and case kept getting swept under the rug just for them to let us know they were transferring it to a different firm. I believe a lot of them are students and have little to no experience because case kept being passed around. Also the front desk employees are rude and kicked my mom out just for trying to speak to a lawyer about the case. There is no empathy and once they see there is no money to be made no matter how hurt the client is they will just drop your case or hand it over to other smaller firms. The worst thing is the firm they handed my brothers case was even worse and was not responsive as well and found out they dropped his case without an explanation to him even with several attempts of us trying to reach out to them for more information. This contradicted what the Dominguez told us before they handed the case to the smaller firm, they assured us the firm would take my brothers case to court. Did both firms not exchange my brothers case information before handing it over? It did not make sense. If they atleast were responsive and had communicated appropriately then i would not be writing this review and i would respect that atleast they tried but it did not feel that way. It just felt like most of the time they just had the case and quickly reviewed but little to no effort was put in to actually fighting for the client. I would think twice before choosing this firm. Do not make the same mistake I did, look somewhere else with more experienced personnel unless you know someone there personally. So far, our experience with The Dominguez Firm has been good. My wife(Fattaneh)is currently in an active case and has received chiropractic treatment as well as X-ray and MRI services through the process. Communication has been clear and timely, and we appreciate how organized everything has been so far. We are still in the process and are naturally curious about what the final settlement amount may be and when we can expect it, but we understand these things take time. She was the same with my friends who were also on the same case. I only met my lawyer, Matthew Joy, once via Zoom, and he didn't seem to know much about my case.
