My Mom and I stopped by Villa Decor on a Saturday afternoon in May and were interested to purchase some things but the lone sales person was deeply occupied with wrapping presents even though there was no one else in the store. Many items were missing price tags. We asked her the prices and were told that we needed to wait until she finished wrapping after which she would "call the owner to ask the prices". Being clueless about what you are there to sell really isn't an efficient sales strategy, IMO. Thus, we left without buying anything which is a shame because their merchandise is quite chic and alluring.

Every time we go to the beach we have always like to take a day trip to Fairhope. This is what we did this year on April 24, 2023. We were wandering around town and saw your shop, Villa Decor. It looked so inviting that we went in. We saw several types of glasses that had color on them which we found attractive. So we bought two glasses with streaks of color from the bottom up for $59.00 each for a total of $132.48. We used them once while we were still at the beach and were very careful with them, even hand washing and drying them. We packed them carefully for the trip home. When we got home, we started looking at them before using them again and noticed that the color was coming off one of the glasses in quite a few places. This was unbelievable and unacceptable since we had paid so much for them. We called and Pat Clark answered the phone. We told her about the problem on May 1. She was very nice and told us to send them back and that you would refund our money. We mailed them UPS that day at a cost of $24.64. Now we have spent $157.12. We received a notice that you received them on May 3. We thought we would have a refund on our credit card in a few days. That didn't happen. We called the store many times and each time talked to a young man who said he would deliver our message that we wanted our refund. Still no refund. A couple of weeks later he called one day and said we would be getting our refund. He wanted our credit card number which we gave him. Still no refund. For several weeks now no one will answer at the store or on the cell phone so we assume you have blocked our number. This is where we are as of June 12, 2023. We have no choice but to think you are a very disreputable business and very dishonest women.

We told the staff we had a five hour trip to get back home, and the staff wrapped it for safe travel and helped us put it in the car. We have purchased many things from them, and everything we have purchased is of great quality. About three years ago we purchased some wind chimes, and even though they are outdoors, they still look like brand new. The sound is so peaceful. Their prices are very good for the quality of their products. Over the years we have purchased other outdoor items, and I have purchased some jewelry, sunglasses, and bags. We love Streets.

They sent a facebook message an hour before they were supposed to be at my house saying the product would be in tomorrow and rescheduled for the following week without consulting me. I cancelled it all. Two weeks later I found a box on my front porch claiming to be what I ordered? STILL waiting on a check for the difference. I'm sure they gave me the cheapest stuff on the market, but claim it is the most expense to keep from having to pay me back. They changed their facebook page to a different name (3 times) and taken the ability to leave comments off, due to my constant warning people. So, if they ask for a deposit, say no! Make them operate like honest businesses do.
