They coerce you to buy their products and the weight loss can be way below their prediction. My net result from 17 weeks in their program was a only 12 pounds. I tried all of their supplements and extra protein drinks but they didn't help my weight loss more than I was losing on my own before I started their program. It's easy for these places to tell you maybe you aren't following the diet closely enough. I felt it was insulting to be constantly questioned when the scale didn't move. At 16 weeks they changed my program and I lost 3 pounds the next week. I think I would feel better about their program if they had changed my program much earlier.
