Overall, I've had good experiences here, to be honest I actually expected some of them to have a bad attitude (it's hood... but it's still a business/customer service) Surprisingly, my first few times with the ladies at the windows have been very pleasant they were very nice and answered my questions. I get my pre-rolls and go. However, this last experience I came at around 3 AM. Some black guy was working the 2nd window toward the front in the left lane. He went full NigNog on me for no reason. I pulled into his lane, it's super late nobody's there in the line. I decided to look at the display near the first window to see if they had what I wanted, then I would pull forward to actually order. While I was doing that, I hear somebody over the speaker yell. PULL UP! WHY ARE SITTING THERE?!!! WHY YALL KEEP STOPPING THERE?! PULL UP!!!! Now mind you, I didn't notice because I couldn't fathom somebody talking to me like that, for simply trying to get my order together before pulling up... so I'm thinking they're talking to somebody else in the other lane. It didn't register till the security guard politely asked me,"Can you please pull forward?". So when I pull forward, I just looked at him and he was like "you gotta order up here". And I told him I was just trying to see what you had first... Again, nobody was there! I wasn't holding up any line (even if, his reaction was not warranted). And he was like "we have the same thing up here at the front". I'm like so I can't look before I pull up? that doesn't make sense... It's like Jack-in-the-Box drive thru yelling at you for looking at the pre-menu before pulling up to the second menu to order. He then try to explain some people just stay parked there and then they honk the horn and blah blah blah. I told him I wasn't doing all that. At the end of our exchange, I was done. I didn't even want anything anymore. I just asked him to please open the gate and I drove off. My thing is if most people keep doing that either get used to repeating yourself or put up a large sign... or better yet give people a second to just look before they pull up. Hell all the above!
