My bf just came back from picking up from this location, mind you, this was a location I went to for YEARS. However, the only reason why we went to this location was because the other locations near us didn't carry the product he wanted. This is what happened based on what my bf told me: When I got there the lady in front (outside) she was chill she said, welcome back after giving me back my I.d. When I went inside, the other employee (female) didn't say anything like hi welcome but when someone else came in she did, when it was my turn she said your online order is for nameless? I said yeah and she gave me a completely different order then she finally got my order, I paid and that's when she handed me the bag with her two fingers and said have a nice day and I said it back and left. I was shocked, because during his visit the employee was rude af, she didn't greet him, she was overcharging him $70 for the incorrect order, and then proceeded to hand over his order with two fingers, her thumb and index finger. I really don't understand why she would display such degrading gesture, its disrespectful, it's discriminating, and it is is considered a sign of poor customer service if you can't understand that then maybe you shouldn't work in the customer service industry. This will be the last time we ever come back to this location. They definitely lost a loyal customer, since I was the one who introduced catalyst to my bf to begin with. I am a loyal customer here , I spend approximately 200 every week or two since it was opened . Lately things are just not okay , first k get a broken jar from alíen labs , I didn't say anything I said things happened and my silly self try to smoke as much with out the broken glass. Today I go in at 12 pm , I had just purchase green dragon Sunday and eight when I get home is more like a gram not and eight I was so mad couldn't believe it , anyways forward to this afternoon I tell the bud tender my story just so he can mention to the manager so if it happens again to me or any one to realize that is happening. An open it the jar because of my previous experiences and he says no sorry , I ask for the manager and this guy comes over and I tell him my experience to please allow me to open the jar and he says no sorry can't do that . So I tell the manager I don't want to speak to you and he continues to talk and tell me " I am just trying to help you " how how is he trying to help me . Anyways they don't want to deal with returns themselves as a dispensary they want us to contact the merchandise and tell them what happened and for them to know or do anything about it , they want us customers to do all the work not taking any blame for the situation what if it happens there at their shop? Or why must we wait ? We didn't wait paying them ? Their dirty and sneaky , just watch out for short eights and broken jars so unprofessional and that wanna be manager laughing like if it is funny .
