Nevertheless, it was exactly what we needed. It's an intimate pub where you can have a good conversation which is what we were looking for. I appreciated their non-alcoholic options as well. Menus were accessible by QR code. Prices were decent, of course, a little higher due to the euro|dollar exchange rate. We ordered a couple of burgers. Smash Burger for my brother and Burger Fermier (Bacon Burger) for me. Both came with fries. The burger was a bit messy to eat, bun did not hold well but it was still good and tasty. Bacon was not like our bacon in the U.S. Service was good. Our waiter checked on us every so often but could not find him when it came time to pay. Atmosphere had a medieval feel. They often have (local) live music acts. Unfortunately, the place is not very big, which makes it pretty crowded, especially on most fridays, but i think that's what makes it a good pub, too. Scruffy's has been my go-to-pub for more than ten years and i still love going there.
