First, I was told that last year's price was higher than usual because the windows had not been cleaned in a while. I was also told that this year the price would be 10% less. The price was higher and whenI questioned that the owner told me he did not know who I talked to, but that was not happening. Next, I was shocked that they took my air conditioner out of my bedroom window and then put it back in so sloppily that I had to hire a handyman to put it back properly because I had insects flying in through the open spaces. Next, Two workers came and one of them wore booties over his shoes IN the house, and took them off and on as needed to keep my house clean. The other guy tromped through the house with shoes that tracked grass, mud, and wetness all over the house because he went upstairs and downstairs in every room. It took me 45 minutes to clean up after they left. When I sent an email to the owner explaining my concerns, he said he couldn't believe it took that long to clean up. He did agree to reimburse the fee for the handyman if I sent him an invoice which I did. I also asked to be removed from their customer list as I will never use them again. You don't insult a good customer by doubting the time put in to clean up after his worker (who did admit to not wearing the booties when questioned by the owner).
