I called and left messages five times, over a period of several weeks, before I finally lucked out and Abbie answered the phone. She had never returned any of my voice mail messages. Then they never showed up on the day they were scheduled to come! So I called again. No reply, and no response to my voice mails asking where they were. I've emailed, too. No reply to that, either. Then I heard from two other people who had been trying to book them, and they had the same experience! Neither of them could get a call back either and one of them also had them not show up when they were scheduled. This is the most unprofessional "company" there is. Don't waste your time - they won't answer the phone or call you back, and they won't show up if you do book them. Hire someone with some professional ethics. "Abbie and Maids" don't have any. read more

Abbie & Maids have been taking care of the cleaning for my AirBNB rental for the last 2 years. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, and everything positive. They are consistant, and never miss a cleaning. The cleaning is always done properly, and they take care of the little things like always locking the door when they are done, etc. I highly recommend Abbie & Maids to anyone in need of cleaning services. read more
