I sent them a long, detailed and personable email describing my many years of cleaning experience, that I own my own local small cleaning business and would like to partner with them/ join their team. No response. Sent a follow up email to make sure it was received and got a very short, dismissive, less than 8 word email saying "no open position, Anita." Oh, ok. That's fine if you don't want to hire me, but don't put a job listing out into the world that says you are ALWAYS looking to "partner" with hardworking and dependable individuals or local cleaning companies because you're not. Hopefully you don't treat your clients with that much disregard.
