They told me it would take a few days. After calling them several times with no response I finally showed up to get them 3 weeks after dropping them off. I was shocked to find a 2" long rip in the side! The older man in the shop told me he did not rip the boot and that I had brought them in like that! Absolutely not true!!!! He was very argumentative, loud and rude...I left with no compensation or even an apology. Never again!!!!! Of course, I did not want to put any stars but some how I couldn't take it off(??)
