I was told my PS4 slim uncharted bundle could go to them for 100$ I came back two days later and patty says no only 85$ then whispers to another woman to only go up to 90$. Then the person who gave me the 100$ quote from two days ago comes over and asks me what he had told me the other day I told him he told me he'd take it for 85-100$ so I was then asked if I'd like to pawn it for 100$. I said yes, maybe I'll come get it back if I change my mind. And after I get the finger print and photos done- I'm almost handed the money before Patty comes over and makes a scene like I was trying to steal ten bucks. It was ridiculous. She definitely soured my experience here.

Working 70 hours per week allowed very little time to bring it in to be fixed but I finally had a day to do that today. Spoke with Amanda who had to ask Chelsea if it was ok to send back. She tried to charge me an additional $40 to have it sized again! After asking if they only honor their repair work for less than a year they asked if I wanted to send it in or not. I declined and stated I no longer trusted them with my precious jewelry and an apology would have been appropriate at this point but she couldn't even offer that to me. Very poor customer service and awful business standards.
