Of course, it's frizzy, you didn't use any product & you just barely dried it!! Then when you go to check out, thoroughly disgusted, they will charge you DOUBLE what they quoted when you came in. I am a blonde, not a red head. After she rinsed it, I could see that it was RED. She said, "No, it's just your scalp is red." Come on woman, I can see it with my own eyes!! Afterward I went to another salon & asked them, is this auburn? They all agreed it was. If you look at a horse, but tell everyone it's a butterfly, it's still going to be a horse. Then I go to pay & it's bait & switch. Instead of the $65 color quoted, suddenly it's $110. Then when you talk to the owner Angela and ask her to fix it, she will make it obvious that she DOES NOT CARE!!! "You didn't make clear what you wanted.". Lies, deception, rip off !!!! Now I have to go to my mother's funeral with dark auburn hair Level 5 when I am a blonde Level 8!!! I will have to have color correction & that is another $200. The two options that the manager said I had were 1. To let my 6 year old go back alone with the stylist, and I could wait in the car with my son, or 2. I could go into the appointment with my daughter and let my son go wait in the car by himself. Both unsafe, neglectful options. There were 4 seats in the waiting room, all empty, so I asked if he could sit there? No, because it would "negatively affect the guest experience." Not sure what it is about my son's presence that is so offensive, but that's an incredibly rude thing to say especially after suggesting 2 unsafe options for my kids. I asked for a refund (because when you book they charge $20) and of course she said it's not refundable, but would refund me "just this once." As if I'll ever be booking there again. If you have kids, I wouldn't recommend booking there.
