They have a electric razor with a vacuum cleaner so very little hair gets on you at all which is nice. All in all the haircut was good and quick. I think it was $14. They do a straight edge shave on your neck which I always thought was a nice touch. They do accept credit cards but it's through "Square" as of this writing which if it makes you uncomfortable, don't let it. Square is secure and used in a lot of places now a days. They have ample seating and lots of magazines as well. While I can't speak for any advance cuts because I didn't get any, if you're a man looking for a quick cut, I recommend coming here, it's about the same price as the national chains and you get a bit more with none of that "oh my god you need to buy our expensive conditioners!" crap you typically get. The guy never even brought out scissors, I'm not even sure he owns scissors let alone knows how to use them. He buzzed around with clippers attached to a vacuum, like the ones you'd use to shave your dog, and in record time he was done. It wasn't anything like I requested in the picture. Honestly one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. But he was nice and talks so much so you question if he's paying any attention to your hair. If you want a buzz cut, he could be your guy. Just got the worst haircut I have ever had here. I am always very clear on what i want, warn them…read moreof my egg head above a certain point and have a picture of exactly what i want. low taper below the ears and 1/2" cut off the top then blend it..this is a standard crew cut....I should have known this would be bad when the guy did not even understand a taper vs. a fade. He cut my hair with a high fade which was not even a fade..it was just buzzed the same length up damn near the top of my head about 2.5" above my ear....not a low taper at all. It got worse when he did not blend in the top that was 1.5 to 2 inches long and managed to cut my cow lick in half in this manner. He thought he was done, but i had to point out a 3/4" difference in length on my left side vs. the right....needless to say i had to leave here and go directly to another salon to pay them to fix it as much as they could. the end result is a finger length (very short) cut on top that looks terrible for my head shape. Its always hit or miss here due to the rotation of new people working and I will not be back. Find somewhere else to go....trust me.
