I was first told that Russell would be appearing on Casey's behalf due to a scheduling conflict, only to receive another call five minutes later saying Casey would actually be handling the hearing herself after all. The entire experience was chaotic and extremely unprofessional. Her paralegal Simone was also very unorganized throughout the process.
