The last time I signed anything was January 22, 2026, and since then I have received no updates or documentation. I was hesitant to call her because as a grandparent I didn't think I had any rights to my granddaughter. Melanie's team had already done their research before my first appointment and assured me I had grandparent rights. I asked why he stated you will see it in the email. There was silence and I asked. " so you cant tell me now he stated No!" I was first told that Russell would be appearing on Casey's behalf due to a scheduling conflict, only to receive another call five minutes later saying Casey would actually be handling the hearing herself after all. The entire experience was chaotic and extremely unprofessional. Her paralegal Simone was also very unorganized throughout the process. I left the hearing feeling completely unsupported and poorly represented. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to thoroughly research reviews before hiring them.
