Jessica worked harder for me than I ever, ever expected! In fact, if not for her I surely wouldn't be in my "dream home" today! She listened to what I was looking for and respected the price range I could afford, after finding me the perfect house I found out that it was a HUD repo and there are very different problems when dealing with HUD. If you don't close in 40 days with HUD you have to pay a penalty for every extension you have to file. What we didn't realize was that even if HUD is to blame for not closing (and they were!), YOU still have to file an extension. All in all I had to submit 3 or 4 (its been over a year now) extensions and if not for Jessica constantly calling them and fighting for me tooth and nail I would have given up and walked away. Thanks to her, 3 1/2 months AFTER I was approved for my loan and all those extensions, I finally was able to close on my new home!! It is the perfect house for me and is everything I ever wanted.
