The portions are huge so if you are not hungry or small (like me) take starter it will be really enough! Then, to top it off, I was still charged €10.50 for the dish I couldn't eat. When I asked for the manager, a staff member said she was the manager, but never introduced herself or showed any care about the situation. She said I was charged because I "gave back the food." It's not about the money -- it's about the complete lack of customer care or professionalism. We left extremely disappointed and won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend Rugantino to anyone.
