Not many flowers in it, a bow that was poorly tied and didn't match the arrangement. The arrangement that was delivered was not the equivalent of the price of a premium arrangement. I reached out to the business, but didn't receive a response. I wouldn't use this florist again due to poor customer service and the fact that I paid $110 for a very average looking arrangement that was not at all like what I selected.

Timely service, pleasant people and quick to remedy a problem. I would definitely recommend them and will be placing an order again.

The good: I love that the flowers used here are more unique…read moreand trendy than the typical ones you'd find at most floral shops. I got my mother-in-law flowers from here and loved that an anemone flower was used. I didn't know what the bouquet would look like so it was a total surprise. I liked the simple/modern vase that came with it and how it wasn't the typical/cheap see-thru glass one you get from most bouquet places. The bad: For $65, I was expecting a slightly larger bouquet with more than the 6-7 flowers that were in my order but I understand that rarer flowers cost more. The florist called/texted my recipient to deliver the flowers but I think I would have liked it to just be dropped off at the front door instead for a better surprise. I think how it works is they want to deliver it and make sure that your recipient is available to receive the order. The interesting: You place your order thru email and get an invoice maybe a week later (or at least I did) from which you pay online.

The recipient was so pleased and the process of working with Linzi was quick and straightforward! I really appreciate her help and highly recommend The Runaway Florist!

I searched all over the internet, yelp, etc and came up with florists in Castle Rock, Parker, Elizabeth (out of business) and not one would deliver to Elbert. These florists pointed me to other florists none of whom would go to Elbert, either. I was pretty much at my wits end and asked someone else I know who lives in Colorado Springs and she looked on the net and stumbled across Beautiful Expressions in Peyton who would deliver to Elbert. Yahoo! Amber was incredibly patient and helpful and even happily wrote about 16+ names on the sympathy card. By now it was late afternoon and she even offered to deliver the flowers up to the person's home on her way home from work. If the complimentary comments written up under the 'accolades' section on her website are even remotely accurate, it sounds like this shop is special. Certainly Amber was incredibly nice and helpful. Thanks!
