My Floral Shop. Glad I stumbled on them! Unfortunately, I had a really hard time with their website and was unable to actually place an online order, but I called the shop and the gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I was able to order exactly what I wanted, complete with a purple butterfly stuck in the arrangement and a grey kitty by it's side. I ordered at 11:30 and they were delivered before 5:00 that night, perfect! The look on my niece's face made it all worth it! She loved her first day of school and the flowers were a very nice cherry on top. Her mom said they were really fresh and a perfect ending to her perfect day. I will definitely order from My Floral Shop again! I always have reasons to order arrangements in The Springs... plus her little sister will be starting kindergarten soon too! This last delivery was on a Sat, it arrived close to 8pm, we had to wait to go to dinner as we could not get a firm time on delivery. Once received it was unbelievable, these flowers were just thrown together, some broken, some wilted and looked nothing like the picture he had selected, almost all dead my Monday. We logged to his account to compare the pictures, and I noticed that on their portal it shows a loyalty program, but nothing was issued to him, it said zero. I had always asked him if they ever offered him a discount due to his loyalty, he said no. I called the next day to inform them how horrible this arrangement was. The man did offer to send a new arrangement the next day on Monday. I thanked him, I did ask about this loyalty program, and he said they didn't have one that he was aware of at that time I requested a call from the owner. I waited all day on Monday, and nothing was delivered, I called at the end of the day to find out what the issue was, they said they would delivered the next day. I explained I had a doctors appt and would be home after 1:30. She said they could be delivered between 2-3pm. On Tuesday 3pm came and went. I called at 4pm only to be told they were "out for delivery but had no time". I asked again for the owner to call me; she took my name and number again. It is now 2 days later and still no call. We always support small business as I am a native to Colo Spgs, it seems like they don't care about loyal customers. We will be looking for a new local florist since our business is not valued. It is a fantastic location that grows unbelievable material! Unfortunately it is not open to the public... it is whole sale only. About 20 acres of growing space under glass this location is doing some wonderful things! Annuals, perennials, tropical, and more. The people are wonderful to deal with too! Seriously fantastic to work with. It is always a pleasure to visit!
