I had the best customer service experience from beginning to end. I booked in January and my event was in May. From the very beginning, the owner Shun Lewis communicated with me. I kept asking questions and she was very patient with me. She gave me suggestions when I wasn't sure about things. The day of the event, I had a few issues and she was there to keep me calm and to ensure me that every thing would be alright. A few of my guests mentioned how she went around and ask if they were comfortable with the room temperature and I felt that was sweet of her to think of the guests like that. Shun is very detailed on what is required at her premises and she makes sure you have a good understanding and I love that. She has a wonderful personality and is very professional. I asked the manager why is it not listed online somewhere but he said they keep is booked with just word of mouth so they don't need to. I believe they also have smaller spaces available on the 2nd floor. I also heard a rumor that they will let you use it for free if they cater your event but not too sure so make sure to check with them.

They were told they could bring in their own alcohol, sodas and water. However, 4 days before the wedding they were told they couldn't bring water & sodas. The guest have to pay for them their!! I went outside to get my bag that had my change of clothes, phone charger, meds etc... I put 4 half drank bottles of water in my bag. When I entered the building a Hispanic woman approached me and asked me what was in my bag. I started to tell her and she grabbed my bag to look inside!! How rude!! She then said I couldn't bring in my water. I asked why. She told me I had to buy the water. I told her I wasn't buying any water when I have my own. I then took my water back to my car and returned to the building. That Gestopo woman came rushing up to me to look in my bag AGAIN!! I told her that I didn't have any water! I left it in my car. She grabbed my bag and started going through it! I told her "it's my clothes, my panties, my socks, my charger & meds!" She let go and said "It's policy." I walked off and went up stairs. I told the wedding party about her. I was so mad! Around 9:00pm several of us noticed it started getting hot inside. I thought it was me, but I saw other people fanning themselves. We all came to the conclusion that the people of the place turned up the ac. They made it so uncomfortable that people were leaving. The place was rented until 1:00am!! I left after 10:30pm. It was too hot in there for me!! Did you know that this place used to be a strip club? Sure did! LOL!! Don't rent this place out.
