I found this place on the internet trying to send flowers to my aunt in Burbank, CA. I like to support local businesses and this place seemed to be the right one and gave it a try. I had the best experience from the beginning when I ordered to the end when it was delivered and best of all my aunt was mesmerized with the arrangement! I had been 'pinning' pictures of exquisite flowers for my wedding for months before my planner introduced me to Kim. Needless to say, my expectations were extremely high. We met with Kim for our initial consultation and we found her to be kind and accommodating. When she gave us an overall estimate for the flowers, we were bracing for the worst, but were pleasantly surprised that the quote she gave us was actually within our budget. She made up some samples for us which I loved, but later I changed my mind on the look of the flowers. I was worried Kim would be offended when I went back to her with notes, but she simply smiled and reassured me that it was all a part of the process. On the big day, the flowers arrived in the vintage vases that I'd been collecting for years. They were astonishing. Some of them had sentimental value, like my grandmother's milk-glass, so seeing them brought to life with the most gorgeous wildflower arrangements was truly heartwarming. Enchanted is simply the best florist in town! I grew up with a mother who was a professional florist, and she grew up in a greenhouse/family owned flower shop - so having grown up with an awareness of flowers, gardening and greenery, I feel fairly qualified to say that Kim and her team are the best of the best. She did my wedding flowers, I've had her do holiday arrangements for business, special floral arrangements for a funeral, she recently did very unique floral arrangements with fragile and rare flowers that she was able to source for us for a TV photo shoot I was involved in (the celebrity was so impressed we let her take all 3 of the arrangements with her as a thank you!). I've taken two of her private group flower arranging classes as well - and they are a blast. She is a lovely person who is accommodating and does absolutely beautiful work regardless of your budget. Her flower inventory, as well as access to hard to get flowers is spectacular. The gift store she has adjacent to the flower shop is also full of amazing gifts, greeting cards, and other special items. I used Enchanted Florist 21 years ago for my wedding. Back then the flowers were stunning and beautifully arranged. They were obviously high quality as they lasted for days. We have purchased and received arrangements through the years here and there for various occasions. The most recent however meant the most to to me, my mom's memorial. Kim was so absolutely kind and amazing. The arrangement was delivered on-time, and was breathtakingly beautiful. More beautiful than what I had asked for. People even commented that the arrangement was the most beautiful they had ever seen. Correction, the flowers were ordered through American Express not FTD, unless that is their concierge choice. Second, I did not request another delivery because I felt there was no need. I still would not be happy. I do not think I was being brash , just an alert to the public of a sub par arrangements. EVEN if the "FTD" that was chosen was the arrangement that was ordered, the flowers themselves were simply just not fresh. As in still leftover scraps stuck in a cheap vase. PLUS there was plenty of debris (dirt) floating around in the water. I am sorry that you are upset with my review, I would take it as constructive criticism if I were you. I've ordered many arrangements from various florists in the SoCal area, as part of my job. Most which I never see, but since I know my flowers well, and make sure that the blooms I ask for are in season, or available, I know exactly what should be in the bouquet. On this occasion, I made a personal purchase of a bouquet for a friend for their new job. I did not have time to go to the shop on Hollywood way, so I called them and asked for a bouquet on their website photo gallery, which was a table top arrangement from a wedding. I asked them if I could get that exact bouquet for $75, they said yes. However I had a nagging feeling, that I may not get what I paid for. After it was delivered, I called my friend and asked them to send me a picture of the bouquet. I was right, the arrangement was essentially full of fillers and very cheap blooms, even the vase was a totally different shape. The highlight of the one in the photo was the exotic blooms of which there were ZERO in the bouquet I ordered. The bouquet that was delivered was not worth $75, even if it had been delivered with a singing telegram! I will not recommend or order from Enchanted Florist again. I was embarrassed and mortified at the end result. There was just no excuse for it, since they had a photo on their website to use for reference. If there was a problem filling the order, they should have contacted me. I (the customer) had been very specific about what I wanted. read more

I bought my wife some flowers for her birthday (8/26) and half of them were dead on arrival and the whole basket was brown in less than 48 hrs. My wife (who is never one to complain) called the shop and the guy she spoke with was completely argumentative and confrontational. Finally he said to her, "I don't know what you want me to do". Well you could start by either doing arrangements with healthy flowers or close your doors and get another gig. Never again. It makes me sad to even leave a review: I'm getting married in less than 2 months. I met with the owner of EF in October to discuss and go over Ideas about flowers for my wedding. She gave me a great price based on my budget and what she could do within the budget. I walked out of there feeling confident but something didn't sit well with me. She told me to call or email her with any pictures to give her a sense of my colors and style. This seemed pretty easy! So the first week of november,i emailed the shop asking when I could come in to put down a deposit. No one returned my call,so then I called directly. I spoke with a really rude guy who cut me regarding my question and told me to email instead. I asked him If it was the same email it was a few weeks ago;he says yes,so I emailed again. Sending another email with the original question I had. I got a response! Saying " we are very busy due to the thanksgiving,call back after the holidays". Really? Me? I should call back? So I waited and waited and then sent yet another email! It is now almost Febuary and I have not heard a thing back from them since. My maid of honor suggested another florist (The Conservtory) and what a difference in professionalism,customer service and quality flowers. Not to mention how nice and attractive the shop is. I've only had to talk to them once and they are on their game, not to mention,these arangements are incredible!!! I had a less than enchanting experience with the enchanted florist. We were considering using them for our wedding at a high end westside hotel. I was looking forward to meeting with Kim after speaking with her on the phone. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was told that Kim wouldn't be able to make the meeting and that I'd be meeting with someone else. It would have been nice to at least get a phone call with this information. When I sat down with Kim's associate, I went through what I was looking for. He never asked what my budget was and came back with a quote that was way over budget. I explained that we are on a budget. He seemed clueless as to ways that we could work on cutting our budget. I met with several other florists after this debacle and all of them have provided outstanding suggestions on ways to get the most bang for the buck (reviews to come on the other florists) without sacrificing my vision. Even worse, after he gave us our quote, he realized he couldn't even read his own writing so it turned out he forgot a bunch of things in our initial quote. I would rather have someone take a few extra minutes to get something right than rush through and provide erroneous information. Last but not least, I was promised a formal quote via email. I have yet to receive it. I would not trust this place with a simple flower arrangement order let alone my wedding. read more

Opened the door for me even though it was after their closing hour on presumably their busiest day of the year, the day before V-Day. Took my order and had my arrangement ready first thing the next morning as promised. The big gold star in my experience with them was that after they told me they couldn't sell me their iris stock because the flowers had already opened too much, they proceeded to give me a free arrangement of them just to try and give me what I was looking for. It turned in to two bouquets for the price of one! Needless to say the flowers in both bouquets were above expectations. Thank you very much! read more

Kim and team did my flowers for my wedding (which was 2 days of events). We needed flowers for everything (bouquets, centerpieces, dessert table, cake, ceremony, to throw, etc) and they did a fantastic job. We got compliments from our guests on how lovely the tall centerpieces looked with the orchid floating in the vases and of the overall design of it all. Our initial meeting was great and Kim gave me a ton of ideas and talked over all of them and looked at pictures of the things I liked. Then we had a meeting where she did a mock up of the centerpieces and we talked through any parts I didn't particularly like or ones that I did. It was great to get a chance to change things up and really see what things would look like. The two days of, everything looked great! She worked with me and my family to get exactly the look we wanted, within a price point we could afford. Her prices are very reasonable and competitive. I had a long, cascade-style bridal bouquet which looked exquisite. Her centerpieces, bridesmaid bouquets, cake flowers, garlands, and other arrangements were equally beautiful. Kim's shop in Burbank is also absolutely beautiful and has wonderful wedding invitations, shower invitations, and gifts to browse through. I couldn't have been happier working with the ladies at this place. My wedding planner Nira @amberevents found her for me and she was amazing! (Blonde lady super nice I forget her name) we met twice during our wedding planning once for the initial plan and second to see a mock table. As soon as I told her my idea she went to town!! She had great ideas and definitely helped our vision come to life with flowers. She also saved us last min and made my husband a lei of orchids when our other lei was too late coming in on out wedding day. We had huge gorgeous floral arrangements, petals down the Isle, dangling orchids on the alter and around 13 different centerpieces. I loved how she said her and her team will repurpose the flowers from the ceremony to the reception inside to save money. She even found these amazing tall and small diamond shaped lanterns and she said she thought of me when she saw them. We really appreciated all that her and her team did and everything we got for the price was so worth it. I Definitely recommend having her and her team for part of anyone's special day and anything in between!!! read more

Really wanted to work with them because of what has been said and having seen the work that they do. They were very flexible and willing to work within you budget. It was the first time I had ever ordered flowers (centerpieces) in large volume. Gave them my price, saw what they arranged, and loved it. Being that it was my first time, I made sure to ask what the subsequent steps were in making this happen without a glitch. I was ordering around 25 centerpieces and for a weekend that was quite hectic for the floral industry; so due dilligence was a must. I also told them that I was unsure of my final count and would order around 25 to 30 centerpieces so they can be prepared. The representative who helped me was quite pleasant and told me just to call them a week to two weeks prior and confirm the number. Two weeks til my event and this is where they earned my one star rating. They told me that my centerpiece won't be the same because I did not secure the order with a deposit. Never did they say a deposit was required or even optional for that matter. I just figured since they were familiar with the organization I was with, all was good and that I didn't need to second guess them or their process. The worst part was having them put little to no effort into rectifying the situation and on top of that blaming the customer for not taking the responsibility to make a deposit. I wanted to salvage what has already transpired into something positive and can only hope that what they put together now would be as nice as the original arrangement. As you would have already guessed, it was not. It was something similar to what you can find in a convalescent home cafeteria. What went from something valued at $22 and getting a nice deal to something undervalue and overpaying was truly devastating. What they created in lieu of the original could have been arranged 10x better by my cat, if I had one. I'm sure EF produces great work, but make sure you leave a deposit. For those of you thinking this guy is stupid not to have put a deposit down, again, refer to paragraph 3. As much as I would like to go to them again, the experience left such a sour taste I'd rather go elsewhere. There are plenty of florists and at the time Enchanted Florists didn't care or see the value of losing one client. read more

I called and they were EXTREMELY helpful and definitely understood what I wanted...I can be pretty specific. Kim and her team provided the bouquets and corsages for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding on September 30, 2017. I went to Kim's shop without hesitation since she's been providing the flowers for me and my family for decades. She did the flowers for my wedding 32 years ago, my 25th wedding anniversary a few years ago and a variety of other needs through the years and we've never been disappointed. This wedding was a bit different since the bride and groom had a Star Wars themed wedding, costumes and all! Kim delivered the flowers and even gave me a bottle of water to spritz the flowers occasionally since it was so hot and it was an outdoor wedding. Stellar customer service from her, she gave me ideas and offered suggestions. Got an emailed invoice of the transaction in a matter of seconds, delivery was prompt, got an email saying that took place as well. Flowers looked amazing too. If I could give 6 stars I would. We used the Enchanted Florist for our wedding (both flowers and invites - one stop shop!) and had an amazing experience. The flowers were exactly how I had imagined despite not giving Kim a ton to work off of. She created the perfect arrangements from just a small description, even contacting florists across the world to find a specific flower my husband requested. Just to give you an idea of how much people loved her work, our guests grabbed up every single table arrangement to take home leaving nothing behind, including the couple small arrangements we had in the restrooms.
