They do speical work and offer fantastic floral options (the arrangements WILL LAST). We've been here twice and had beautiful bouquets each time. Last year, we hosted Thanksgiving for the first time and I scrambled in the day before for a centerpiece. They made it same day for me and it was stunning, lasted a very long time. I came back a few weeks ago because I wanted some fresh flowers in the house during a tough time, brought my own vase (because I don't need any more in my collection lol) and they made a beautiful arrangement in that as well. One of the reasons I came back to Yelp was to write this review. When I found out mom was back in the hospital for yet another round of surgery, I knew I couldn't get back on a plane and fly home to see her. So, instead, I turned to Yelp and searched for the florist closest to Saint Joseph's hospital with the highest ratings, and this is how I found The Enchanted Florist (bonus points for the clever name). I called them up and gave them very general instructions: make it Springy, uplifting, cheerful colors, and oh yes, please make it fragrant (having just been at the hospital with mom the previous weekend, that was absolutely essential). I gave them my budget and a timeframe for delivery, and that was that. I also told them I didn't have a room number and that they would need to wait until the next morning for that information, which was no problem. The next day, mom was moved from ICU back into a regular room and I called and scheduled delivery for a time when I thought she would be awake. They delivered the bouquet, on schedule, and exceeded my expectations. Everyone complimented me on the arrangement and the photos I saw were spectacular. Oh, and the kicker: all this was THE DAY BEFORE VALENTINE'S DAY. Not a single hiccup or problem at what is traditionally the busiest time of the year for any florist. Highly, highly recommended. I had asked for tropical flowers (since I live in Hawaii - I wanted flowers similar to what we have here), but was told they normally need 24 hours notice, The lady I spoke to said they could put some orchids, and I asked for some yellow roses.
