We got the glasses and they were heavier than expected. I stated we were not looking for a refund but not going to settle on glasses that hurt my wife nose. I asked where the lighter frames were and she pointed into the direction where all the glasses were. I asked if it would be too much for her to show us the frames she hesitantly did. She is not a friendly person and I will not be dealing with her in the future the doctors have always seemed nice. Stay Away from Sarah just rude. My entire family wears glasses, and my son has had glaucoma since he was 12. I have been to eye doctors across the entire US, and this is one of the most advanced non-surgical facilities I've ever stepped foot in. As for the a comment claiming this doctor lies or misleads people to get more money out of them, hogwash. If they wanted to scam anybody, they could've done exactly what every other doctor has been doing to my son for years. It turns out my son isn't supposed to be wearing glasses at all due to his specific combination of eye conditions. This doctor could've easily let us continue paying for glasses and contacts that were never necessary, like every other doctor has. They chose honesty instead.

One of the cons is if you need to talk to someone in the actual store, location, you can't reach them. Your call is directed overseas and they will not put you through to the store where you are doing business; I really don't like this. I like to be able to talk to someone that I have talked to inside the store not someone who I have trouble understanding. I did not have a complete prescription from my optometrist's office and had to get that and was told that I could email it to someone inside the actual store. Now I cannot make contact with that person and I want to see if my prescription has been received. This is an edit to the original review. Dr. Howell worked so well with the kids, making them completely comfortable and explaining everything he was checking and seeing. They were so excited to look through the "binoculars" and see which letters they could and couldn't read. They've already asked if they can go back soon. The office is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. It's a very peaceful atmosphere with great coffee, and the staff is very helpful as well. Also, Dr. Howell was able to answer a question I've been asking optometrists for YEARS about one of my eyes, with no real answer. He took the time to look into it, examine my eye, and explain exactly what is happening. It gave me such peace of mind. He really did go the extra mile to make sure we understood everything. All of my boys checked out with perfect vision, but mama needed some new frames, which I wasn't too sad about! Adrienne was SO great in helping me pick them out. She wasn't rushing me to hurry up and pick, but was actually considering what looked good (and not so good) on my face shape, with my style, etc. I've been to many optometrist offices, and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. It feels like family, not like you're the next number in line, and that's priceless. Super grateful to have found them and we will definitely be returning for all of our eye needs. And good coffee. And as a U.S. Marine I have traveled all over the world and lived in several different countries, as well as different Cities and states here in the U.S. I have been to so many different optometrists offices both on military bases and civilian land. When I first came here, I got a bad vibe, and felt a little different about the customer service I received from one individual employee. I also had to deal with her on my return to pick up my glasses and was not happy with the level of customer service at that point. But as it is everywhere in every business, one employee does not define the overall quality of care you will receive from that business. And upon rearning 6 months later, I received what I believe was the best care. Now, I've been with this optometrist for 5 years, and I can honestly say that they are my favorite. I can't even imagine going anywhere else. And every time I return there is at least one new staff member that outshines the last one in customer care. The services are great. The quality is great. I've called three times, and each time I was assured someone would call me back once it was sent in--yet I've received no follow-up and the prescription still hasn't been transferred. I shouldn't have to chase down my own prescription or beg for basic communication. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming when I arrived. Unfortunately, due to this frustrating experience, I will not be returning to this eye clinic and cannot recommend it to others.
