My previous one could never get me in within a reasonable amount of time so I called them and I was able to get right in. Plus, the previous place customer service at my last visit was not the best. Bentonville Eye Care gave great customer service all around. I love their selection of glasses. They have a selection of lower priced and higher end eyewear. I need to go back and pick a new one out!

We got the glasses and they were heavier than expected. I stated we were not looking for a refund but not going to settle on glasses that hurt my wife nose. I asked where the lighter frames were and she pointed into the direction where all the glasses were. I asked if it would be too much for her to show us the frames she hesitantly did. She is not a friendly person and I will not be dealing with her in the future the doctors have always seemed nice. Stay Away from Sarah just rude. We did get her prescription and will be going somewhere else to get her some more glasses.

i had went as a new patient for yearly prescription check in and they were the most unprofessional…read morepeople from the moment i stepped into the office. i come in and check in, then waited 45 mins after my initial appointment for them to tell me i had paper work to fill out, took up so much time. mind you, there was nobody else in this office. i finally go in after an hour and a half of waiting. they had changed my prescription drastically, which i understand that they want the weakest, they made that clear, and still see 20/20. i've been wearing contacts for 6 years, and i know my eyes. these people made me feel stupid for telling them differently, as they might have the instruments but i'm the one wearing the contacts. it made no sense to me as they had me come in and try the contacts out for a week when you know and immediately can tell the difference? i told them that the initial appointment. i had to go back in after my contact follow up to tell them i want my prescription that I FEEL comfortable with. my prescription still isn't perfect but i couldn't waste my breath on these people. why be an optometrist or doctor or anything in that type of profession, and NOT LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. that is what lost all respect for them. it was like pulling teeth, also mentioned i needed to get glasses the same day and when i got to the place i had to get glasses from, they had to call the optometrist office to fax over my glasses prescription which is the same as my contacts. a waste of time for me and they have lost 3 patients now from my family. unprofessional, unfriendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. no wonder why their office is so empty.

My husband and I's "eye exams" were 7min each consisting of ONE single test, we were there for a total of less than 30min. The doctor never once communicated what he was doing, why he was doing, his findings, and he never bothered to answer any of my questions. Upon finishing our "exams" the doctor proceeded to say "okay follow me", then we were told to pick out frames with absolutely no understanding of his findings or if there were any at all. It was extremely complexing when he asked me why I had bifocals and that I was "too young for them" AFTER supposedly completing my "exam". Worst of all I asked for our new prescription multiple times, my requests were ignored and I never got my prescription (it probably would've been incorrect anyway). In addition to the awful communication, or lack thereof, from the doctor. The office itself and equipment is EXTREMELY outdated, the ambiance was dark, dated, unwelcoming. We ended up going to Dang Eyecare and Associates in Roger's who provided a much more welcoming, professional, communicative and transparent experience using the most current technology for our exams.

Patients BEWARE OF health insurance fraud!!!…read more Went to the eye doctor for eye exam, waited 45 mins to see Dr Yoos along with office manager (what other eye doctor has the office mgr come into your exam???), very weird. I just inquired about better contacts when he looked at my eye and said I have an eye infection and would not see me till he gets back from vacation for eye exam and bills me $155 for medical exam. Oddly I didn't have any symptoms from any eye infection and even saw my PCP recently. Yet Dr. Yoos and his team pulls this stunt to get more money from patients from their medical insurance. Isn't this considered health care fraud??? They think they can charge me a fraudulent medical bill when all I wanted was an eye exam that is covered by my eye plan coverage. Well, Dr Yoos and your team are so wrong and I will let others know of this scam!
