So, with this gym close to my house, I decided to grab a day pass and check it out. First of all, the gym is clean. I've been here many times now (because I definitely grabbed a membership), and it's always clean. I usually see employees walking around cleaning during my time there. While we are talking about employees, they have all been super pleasant with me and eager to help without being overbearing at all. They don't hover, but they definitely get you whatever you need. I've only seen one weight machine out of order, and it was back in service in 2 days. That's ALL the machines, to include cardio, benches, cables, etc. One machine in the entire building being down in a month of going 6 days a week is pretty great. I love they offer red light therapy and hydromassage. I've definitely used them both many times! I'm very happy with this gym. It's not super huge, but it's also not super intimidating. It has what I need it to. What else matters?

I chose to park next to her as I usually park in the spot she took. It is in-front of the loading docks, I am usually only at the gym for 30 minutes and this business does not receive semi truck related shipments during those hours so I see no issue parking there. However Lauren had some interesting threats to make today. A while back she told me that the area is employee parking only. So I asked around to multiple people. Trainers, all the way to the regular employees that say Hi when you walk in. NONE of them had known there was employee parking. As well when i got my tour of the store, she stated since the parking lot is small, that parking is limited, and her employees can "always find somewhere else to park" She came storming up to me today in the middle of the busy gym demanding about how I need to move my car and a tow truck is on the way. I know legally she cannot tow it so I let her express her childish anger and told her it will be moved when I leave. She yelled about how I have 5 minutes to move it then it will be towed. After a short discussion with Lauren she said that it is a fire lane. So I asked "I don't understand why you're allowed to block the fire lane then." And she said "Because I am the owner, you're just a visitor" And that her "boss" said she HAS to park there so no one else does. She said she legally can tow anyone's car whenever she wants due to her posted private parking signs "all over the lot" what I found from a simple parking lot walk around was nothing close. Included in the photos are no truck parking signs, and 24/7 surveillance signs. Most likely to guarantee nothing but empty promises on how well your car is protected. I am beyond upset with the professionalism and the choice of who should franchise this business, they show nothing but disrespect, disappointment and underwhelming promises of a good gym visit. At this point I only choose this gym for their price

My chiropractor suggested I get a personal trainer to make sure I do the exercises correctly. He has made sure of that and has kept me mobile and not needing a walker. He has gotten my muscle up to 42% of my body weight and even helped me through knee replacement surgery. I wouldn't be in this great of shape if it hadn't been for my trainer and Freedom fitness. All of this was achieved by only going twice a week for an hour.
