I was hooked from the beginning. The environment at ZTB is positive and uplifting. The owner Lisa leads by example, and has developed an amazing culture of health, fun, and enthusiasm. One of my favorite aspects of ZTB is the variety of classes. The classes offer opportunities for beginners to those more advanced. The instructors do a phenomenal job of making sure everyone in class is comfortable. Every single coach I have worked with has been knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and push me to exceed limits. I have met the owner who is there frequently and he is very nice and knowledgeable as well. The manager is supportive, understanding and extremely knowledgeable as well. This is certainly not your typical gym and if you are looking for an innovative workout, this is for you! Added bonus, it's spotless, extremely clean and organized which I find to be very important when I find a place I will be considering a second home. Response to Body20: If body20 actually wanted people to have support in using their sessions they've paid for, they wouldn't create more barriers like denying access to scheduling on the app. I loved this way of working out, but the punitive features of freezing an account to use already paid for sessions is gross. I don't like working with companies that do this and I wish you all the best. I simply wanted to warn others that if they don't use their sessions within a month and freeze their account, Body20 will create more barriers to use those paid for sessions. I simply want everyone to be informed of the policies to make informed decisions for themselves.

Check in was a breeze they welcomed me and got me set up with my shoes right away. They also have lockers available and it was easy to locate my assigned bike. The bikes are easy to set up and it was nice to have towels available without asking. The hip-hop class was a lot of fun and made the time go by quickly. I would definitely stop by one of their locations again for a great spin class.

It's clean, new, and a younger clientele in generally very good shape. I find that it inspires me to work out that little bit harder and it's nice being around people my age. It reminds me of the Mizzou Rec center but obviously very, very different in many ways. IYKYK The sauna is very nice and other than the sink area and sometimes the shower, the locker rooms are kept surprisingly clean. They do a fairly good job of fixing broken machines except the drinking fountains currently haven't worked right for over 6 months, the dryers in the bathroom are often and continue to be broken, but broken machines seem to get fixed quicker. Obviously it gets mobbed around 5-7pm on weekdays. If you can't work around to get a good work out in, avoid those times. I'm not sure this spot would ever cap their capacity or memberships. All in all I love this spot and will continue to go. It fits the bill for convenience, clientele vibe, and machine/service options

Quite the turn around... I've been a member since 08', back…read morewhen the cardio theatre room still existed, when we had a spin room, and had the old school iron plates. To say that this place had a face lift is an understatement. I can't help but express how esthetically pleasing it looks, from the inside and out. Let's first start with how the cardio theatre room no longer exists but instead, there's an open layout of cardio equipment (to the left when you first walk in). Majority of the machines are new or new(er) and aren't in dire need of repair. Which then leads me to the plethora of free weights and machines. One of the best things they could have done was have two of everything while still utilizing the same amount of space. The locker rooms have improved significantly, with all new lockers, tiles, and changing rooms. Now, with the good comes the bad. The obvious is that those upgrades weren't cheap, which means our memberships were affected by the changes and almost doubled in price. Last but certainly not least and something all the members have been waiting on for years is 24 hour access. To those like myself that have it, it's super convenient and does its job. Overall, the slight increase in membership dues is worth me continuing to be a member and it's time you became one, too!

She was super nice and comfortable to work with. She gave me some physical assignments and went over a regimen for me to follow to meet my goals. Today, a Monday, visited around 5:45p and the place was hustling and bustling but I was still able to snag a treadmill and I enjoyed using the Pulse room for the free weights. Wrapped it all up with 10 min on the Hydro Massage chair and then on my way. It was a good day.

The clientel are focused on their workout and there is a lot of mutual respect.
