This place has the best food! The chicken tenders are fresh not frozen and they are hand battered in house! They rock! What they need is more staff! The staff they have are great but they are running almost on a dead sprint! We listened to a phone ring for 2-3min and NO one made an attempt to answer it. These poor girls need more help! Hire someone to answer the phone! Oh my goodness! Overall the food is worth the chaos! Expect to wait most peak hours! Bathroom are always clean! Worst experience ever. Stephanie was our waitress. Horrible. Had to flag her down to take our order. Restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived. After placing our order and delivering our food we never saw her again until we flagged her down to request our checks. No drink refills offered. Food was fine. Wouldn't recommend the steak sandwich. Mine had a lot of fat, my sister's was fine. Won't be going back. Many more options available close by. read more

We went to the factory in Sterling Illinois. My brother-in-law has serious medical issues, and I told the waitress not to give him any more beer. Only concerned about tip money, she kept bringing him beer after I told him that the doctor does not want him drinking more than one beer. I even explained the medical reasons why he should not drink more than one, and that he has fallen and broken mini bones. She belligerently brought him beer anyway. He came home and threw up. If he had fallen, I would have sued the hell out of this organization, because of the unethical behavior of the weight staff. I will be turning in this organization to the right authorities. read more

The cheese curds came with a raspberry chipotle sauce that was to die for. If we lived in the area, we would eat here weekly for sure. read more

Stopped in for lunch today while out riding with friends, the service was good and everyone liked the food they ordered. Very extensive menu. Our only complaint would be about the automatic gratuity that was added to our tabs because there were eight people in our group. 25% !!!!!! That's ridiculous. The food is always great! We had wings and some beers, they have specials on wed for 25 cent wings and dollar off draft beers. Sometimes the bartender is rude tho. She was to busy screaming at the other bartenders to notice we needed more drinks so we had to get them from the other bartenders while she sat at another table talking.
