They hide behind a religious curtain but are really wolves in sheep's clothing . they took advantage of my kindness and willingness to use my personal money to fund a remodel on one of their projects so I had to tie up the sale of the home with a lien. they never actually paid me as my mistake was missing the renewal lien deadline the following year or two. only satisfaction I got as they tried to offer me less every time they tried to sell, was knowing the high yield interest rate they were paying monthly on a quick money loan. they lost their shirt on it and Karma got them back. I got so many phone calls trying to pay me off by potential banks representing buyers. They were not able to sell as the payments just I accrued interest. please be careful of this phony company that uses religion to scam contractors.

So disappointed with this company! Supposedly, they have a buyer for our timeshare in Mexico. We…read morehave been in escrow with then since the second week in February with a closing date of 2/28/14. Here it is April 12, 2014 and we are still waiting for our money! We had to advance a lot of money because escrow officer kept telling us Mexico had changed their laws and required the seller to front all costs! Okay, they have our money, and allegedly the matching amount us in escrow from the buyer. Now every week for the past month I have been told "you will have your money by 4:00 pm on Friday". When I finally get in touch with the escrow officer the following Tuesday (never answers his phone on Mondays!) he tells me he's waiting on a document from Mexico and we will have our money by Friday... When I call the next week because, guess what, no money came the previous week, I ask him if he has all the documents he needs and he assures me how does and I get the same BS story about receiving our money. The last time I spoke to him was April 9, at which time he said he would keep me informed. As of today we have received no money and no one answered the phone at Georgia Escrow this week! We tried every extension and for nothing I'm beginning to think we've been swindled
