There are two very nice club rooms/lounge areas that can be reserved for events or parties, a huge gym that includes a sauna, pet spa, coffee/espresso machine with custom drinks, Luxer One locker package system, Tide lockers for your dry cleaning, I mean the list just goes on and on. The building was completely renovated recently offers studios , and 1 and 2 bedroom units- all of which are spacious, with high ceilings and large decks that offer spectacular views. I love that the building includes many amenities; community terrace with firepit, pet friendly, a huge fitness facility, and 24/7 attended security in the lobby. The apartment maintenance crew is terrible about getting the parking lots and road ways cleared when it snows usually takes over 10 hours for them to even touch it. The walkway in front of everyone's front doors is disgusting but maintenance always spends their time pressure washing sidewalks outside that no one uses. The rent is very cheap for the living spaces you get but this place definitely has its flaws. The apartment staff is very nice and seem like they really want to help you when you need it. The location is great and the police are always patrolling the area so the crime activity is almost non existent. Overall not a terrible place to live but definitely nothing long term.

Our experience with the office was great from the beginning. They always answered our phone calls and responded to our emails promptly. They were able to find a unit for us when we made a last minute change to the date, moving it up by one month. They were also able to find a garage for us. We arrived after a long 5 Day drive from Nevada and we were very happy to find everything we needed in our two bedroom, two full bathroom condo. It is indeed fully furnished, and with all of the amenities we needed to cook a meal that night. They even left cleaning supplies, laundry soap and softener, dish soap, etc AND a snack basket with two water bottles, a package of spaghetti pasta and a jar of pasta sauce for us! There appear to be 12 units in each building, and each building is three stories high (4 units on each floor). There is not an elevator in our building, however the main floor units appear to be easily accessible from the parking lot. We need to take the stairs up to our unit on the third floor, and there are stairs that lead down to the first floor. All mailboxes for our building are located on the main floor, as soon as you enter the building. There is an intercom system for visitors to use at the front door. (The front door to the building is locked and you must have a code to enter). The intercom system allows us to talk, listen, and to push a button to let visitors into our building. This is very handy to have for deliveries! The soundproofing seems to be very good because we've been here for four days now and we haven't heard any noise from our neighbors, doors slamming, etc. There's plenty of outdoor parking spaces available. We have a garage for one car (paying an additional $85 per month) and are using the outdoor parking spaces for our other two. This is a very dog friendly area, with a few dog waste stations (fully stocked with poop bags in case you forgot to bring some!) and it's a lovely green, grassy area to go for a walk with your dog. The location is very conveniently located to shopping (Kroger and Kroger fuel, Trader Joe's, Dillards, DSW...), restaurants (many good restaurants within a 5 mile radius), and not too far from the highway. The rental price isn't cheap, but we think it's quite reasonable for being fully furnished, with all of the amenities and supplies that they left us with. We are very happy with our stay here so far, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a temporary or long term furnished apartment in this area.

Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is a huge plus and makes life so much easier. The community is very student-friendly, which makes it feel safe and comfortable. I can walk around without feeling scared, which is really important to me. They also have a clubhouse where residents can hang out, do activities, and enjoy free coffee. The staff and maintenance team are extremely friendly, caring, and always willing to help. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. As an international student, this place truly feels like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend Northern View Housing. It's within walking distance to NKU and the NKU Campus Recreation Center, which makes it even better.

When I told northern view about this they told me it was my fault and it is not their responsibility to salt the parking lot. On top of that, I am being forced to pay to park here when in my leasing agreement it states in plain writing that there is no fee to park here for myself or my guests as long as they have a parking pass. Office staff is horrible. Wyatt went to the bar my roommate works at and made her so uncomfortable that she doesn't want to go to the office anymore. None of them actually care about customer service. I would not recommend living here to anyway. I don't care how much of a broke college kid you are, do not live here.

I learned the hard way that when my fiance moved in with me back in April, we would have to jump through hoops in order to satisfy management. We were also hit with outrageous fees and add-ons that we were not expecting. While everything was all taken care of and we did what we were told, I discovered that certain residents who had the same situation we had were given a free pass and were not required to abide by the same rules and regulations. I have discovered that unless you are palsy-walsy with the powers that be, you are expected to abide by the rules and adhere to the regulations. Some people that live here have a sense of entitlement and seem to always get a free pass when it comes to community rules and regulations.
