As soon as we walked in for our appointment, I knew we were in the right place. Gowns in every style were hanging in various stages of completion. The couple who ARE Pyramid are warm and patient and man, they are pros. Beyond pros, though, they are artisans. My gown is beaded w a keyhole back and I wanted it perfectly tailored so it lay totally flat against me. The work they put in between the back and the multilayered hem that needed shortening...I was speechless and amazed. It. Is. Perfection. I am taking everything in my closet to Pyramid. Came back…read morea week later as instructed and when I was presented the clothes I told the women behind the counter that the raincoat was not cleaned as there were still visible makeup marks and stains and that I expected it to be clean for $25. She asked me if I could come back the following week. I was not happy but agreed. Came back a week later and the raincoat was still not ready. When I told the owner that I needed it now and that it was still not cleaned and pointed out the visible marks she said she would clean it now. Her "cleaning" was taking a toothbrush and water trying to scrub out the stains. I told her I gave two weeks to have it cleaned. She refused to give me the jacket back in which I had to physically grab it from her. She then proceeded to discuss my financial situation saying that I'm rich and took advantage of her. She ripped the label out of my jacket. Horrible establishment and disgusting behavior, expecting customers to pay for a job not done and then trying to hold their items hostage.
