One DUI in my life, never charged with another, and they emphatically stated that I had two, that's right two DUI's. When I offered an explanation I was given by the DMV the agent snapped at me and said he doesn't wish to argue with me. I have proof of their claim in an email stating I had 2 DUI's so, I am going to obtain a lawyer and proceed to sue them for their false claim. The reason they think I had two DUI's is because they obviously do not know how to read a driver abstract from NYS. The reason I think they feel I had 2 is because of the initial DUI ticket, then the court proceeding ended almost a year later and then was entered into the record. I hold my abstract in front of me as I type and I can tell the difference. How are they even licensed to be an insurance agency with such amateurish mistakes? They want to make my record worse than it really is, I will take them to the mat in a court and sue for slander. Might I add, I recorded the whole conversation I had with the less than standard agent that called me back claiming I had two DUI's.

Now I need this policy ASAP! to start driving in my job and I try contacting Shontee but she wouldn't respond to my emails my last option was calling the place.
