The service is super friendly, and prices are very fair. Multiple cone options / cup sizes. They sell banana splits, shakes, Italian sodas, root beer floats, all sorts of candies, taffy and more. The place is super clean and very very nicely decorated. Maybe more on the girly side, but I'm sure if you brought young boys to eat ice cream, they are not complaining the place had more of a girls room feel. Seems like a great place for a group of kids to go with parents at any time. Lots of little things to touch and get their hands on, so maybe not so great if you have a grabby kid under the age of 3 unless you want candy all over the store. . The menu is small but specialize in amazing burgers. Greasy? Well absolutely! When you order they cook it. Not before. Kason a young man was helpful engaging and when he announced the orders he had a calm pleasant voice. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I don't remember any music, so it wasn't too loud. I loved the patty melt with rye bread, cheese and grilled onions. The only complaint is that the bread is so thin that the sandwich is disproportioned. My husband had the hotdog but he would have preferred a bun. So often these fast food places have employees who don't care, and can be downright rude, Freddy's people really stand out for excellent service.
