Incredibly helpful. The rebate program was a little intimidating for us but Dinesh was extremely knowledgeable and made it really easy. He even helped us get additional rebates from Lennox as well as the federal program. The installation went great. The installers were clean, used drop cloths, removed all trash and incredibly respectful so I could work from my home office. The installer set up the new smart thermostat and demonstrated how to use the system and gave us some energy saving tips. When the S30 thermostat they quoted wasn't available on time, they upgraded to the S40 system without additional charge. The price of the system was very competitive. Dinesh registered everything for our Lennox warranty and gave necessary information to the Energy Auditor for the federal rebate program. He even guided us through the SNAP financing program. Can't think of a single negative thing to say about this company.

My project coordinator, Alex, was unprofessional and difficult to work with. Because the on-site contractors did not speak English, I had to rely entirely on Alex to relay instructions, which led to major misunderstandings. For example, during the installation of a glass shield, it was clear that Alex and the contractors were not on the same page. I immediately called Alex and requested that we hold off on that portion for a couple of days to sort it out. He dismissively told me, "No, we're doing it now." Predictably, the glass was installed with extremely poor quality and would not have lasted a year. While the manager, John, eventually stepped in and replaced it, the situation should have been avoided entirely.Furthermore, I experienced pushback from John early on. I purchased veined tile and wanted to review the layout beforehand to ensure the pattern flowed correctly. Alex told me that the installer, Ethan, only lays tile and does not handle the design or layout. When I tried to oversee this, John accused me of "micromanaging" and told me to just trust their work. Unfortunately, my instincts were correct--the final floor tile layout looks completely uneven and poorly planned.To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $500 to install a floating vanity, which they mounted far too high. I literally have to stand on my tiptoes just to lean over and brush my teeth. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed the issue entirely on the plumbing. I have since had an independent professional inspect it, and they confirmed the plumbing was not the issue at all; it was simply a bad installation.I paid this company in full, but did not get the quality or outcome I was promised. They offered zero compensation or partial refunds for these permanent mistakes. Please be very careful if you choose to use this company for your remodeling needs.

Without missing a beat, he provided me with a reasonable and competitive quote and Nick had his team start working on mine too (my roof is connected to my neighbour's). The team completed both of our roofs with high quality work and professionalism, and were extremely diligent in their clean-up. Then last week, I called Nick again to take a look at what appeared to be an issue with my roof. He actually remembered doing our job (even after 6 years!) and stopped by within 2 hours to take a look. He sent a couple of his guys with their ladder to check it out (it turned out to be a "stray" shingle that blew off of another neighbour's house, and no damage to my roof). But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.

I was irritated but agreed to the following Saturday (today, 7/25/2026). An hour before the scheduled time for the install I received a text that they couldn't come today.
