Our waitress (Alyssa) was friendly, prompt, and we enjoyed just talking with her. Halfway through the meal we asked for to-go boxes, but it was so good we just kept eating! We also spoke with the manager, and offered thanks for such a great meal. She told us about the salad bar (vs a karaoke machine), and we all agreed it was the right call. Ambiance is casual (SHSU is nearby), but most of the diners were aged way beyond college, including my wife and I.
