I absolutely loved the idea that all you need is 30 minutes to get a great workout in so when my sister found this fit body boot camp in our city, I was super excited! Anyone can do anything in 30 mins! When I first started, I was hooked. The timing was perfect; I had enough time to commute from Orange County and still make it for their last workout class of the day. The trainers have changed a few times throughout the years, but they only have hired the best trainers! We've loved all the trainers and even get attached to them. Coach Amanda has been at this Chino Hills location since I've been here and she's so energetic, happy and gets to know you individually so you feel like she's your friend. The owners of the Chino Hills location also own Brea and La Verne and know the names of all their members. They also care deeply for their locations, their coaches and all of us members. During this time in 2020 as the world is doing a "reset" due to the current pandemic, Cara and John, the owners & their coaches have pivoted to online Zoom and Facebook live workouts. I'm so happy they did because now I've been able to get my 30 mins in every day and I'm able to still burn calories even with their studio closed! And all their coaches from Chino Hills, Brea and La Verne are amazing individuals who really care about our health and making sure we are having fun while working out, cause we all know, working out is not easy. But, it is fun & Fit Body proves it! And all the coaches are all so physically fit. I also love the connections I've made with fellow members. This place has changed my life . I never liked to workout until I started a few years ago with them . I went to those regular gyms and couldn't find any motivation and just gave up . I come to my bootcamp classes every morning ( you can come at lots of different times during the day ) and with the help of one of the amazing coaches who pushes us it makes it so great and and I just feel so much better and healthier and full of energy . I wanted to do a full month with Chino Hills Indoor Bootcamp before writing a review. Fast forward 30+ days and I love every sweaty, fat burning second I spend here. The workouts are intense and I always leave gassed out. Love the people I've met here and the camaraderie is solid amongst us suffering through the workout. More importantly the coaching and energy from both Albert and Mark are infectious. They keep the people going thru that entire workout and make it interesting every time. Worst customer service ever. I registered online for the 6 week challenge and during the processing of my payment the website froze and just kept spinning. I messaged them via Facebook with a screenshot to show proof of what happened. They asked me to email them instead. Not sure why but I did. 3 days later no reply so I messaged them via Facebook again and they supposedly didn't receive my email. Total bs. I messaged them a screenshot of my email and they then replied that I wasn't registered because they sold out. Which is so not true because it let me register. They lied more than once and then wouldn't even honor my registration. I'm going to try the camp transformation center instead, they have better reviews anyhow. Do yourself a favor and don't try this place they have horrible customer service and an attitude of simply not caring about the customer. read more

I was there for a six week challenge and helped me lose 3kgs. I've been working out at FBBC for over 4 months now. One of my best friends has been working out here for years (and has amazing results) so she encouraged me to try it. I joined in the summer as part of the Hot Momma Challenge (a 4 week diet and exercise plan) and I've been a believer ever since!! I'm a busy mom of twin toddlers, so I figured it couldn't hurt to squeeze in three to four 30 minute work outs per week! After the challenge was over, my husband saw my results and became a member too! The owners, John and Cara, are the greatest! The trainers, Amanda and Paul, really know how to lead a great/ intense work out! FBBC is such a great place to work out! I highly recommend Fbbc. I did the 6week jeans challenge. Lost 13.5lbs but really changed the shape of my body. They are 30min hit classes. You can do one, two whatever. They give you a diet plan, you turn in logs for accountability. I love that they correct your form and it is a very friendly environment. I plan on doing another challenge, it starts this week. Chino Hills Fit Body changed my life. Before CHFBBC, I was on "this diet plan, that diet, starvation mode, binge exercise, etc." then always would relapse. If I lost 10-15 pounds with those plans, I would gain 20-30 during the relapse. I was at my skinniest (NOT healthiest) 4 years ago at 108 pounds (I'm 5'5.5" BTW), but was extremely malnourished and consumed energy pills/drinks daily to get by. My diet consisted of instant foods, energy drinks, and alcohol. Although, people have told me I looked great, I definitely did not FEEL great, nor was I healthy AT ALL. I started having complications with my health and cut out all the fast, cheap, instant, unhealthy foods from my diet, but I also stopped going to the gym for about 2-3 years. Over that period of time, I gained 40+ pounds. I was so embarrassed that I stopped going out with friends and just stayed home, using what ever excuse I could to avoid being seen. Last June (2013) I purchased a deal for Chino Hills Fit Body Boot Camp, but waited until the last minute to make an appointment and start the program. I officially started my trial session in late August 2013. In the beginning, I lost 10-12 pounds but would fluctuate back and forth depending on my attendance and because I wasn't watching what I ate and how I ate. Although I cut out fast food, I was still eating heavily, so I joined Cara in her 6-week program, which really opened my eyes to making healthy food substitutions yet maintaining great taste. Healthy eating coupled with regular exercise (3-4x week) was really what changed my physique and emotional well-being. I have more energy, I am stronger than I was ever before, and I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life. NOT the frail, skinny, anorexic look, but truly something I am proud of. And I'm not stopping here! I plan to continue living a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly to maintain and tone what I have worked so hard for. But honestly, I could not have done it without the support from my fellow fit body peeps and the motivation and encouragement from all the wonderful trainers at CHFBBC. My friends and family ask me why I drive so far just to "gym" and that I could go to any other "gym" and get the same results, but I beg to disagree. The atmosphere, the workouts, the awesome programs that Cara and John have to offer, are all reasons but especially the wonderful people I've met and share progress with is why I am willing to make the 40 minute drive to the "gym." Currently, I am 125-130 pounds (down 15-20 solid pounds since last August), I'm down 9% body fat from when I had my physical exam this time last year, and still continuing to tone down and gain healthy lean muscle. I went from a size 8/10 (30/31) pants to 2/4 (26/27) in less than a year! That's absolutely amazing! My friends and family all notice the difference and I feel like I am always surging with positive energy :) I am so happy I took that leap of faith and went to that first boot camp class. Just started going here and I love it. I used to be a pretty serious athlete but have been out of the game for years so I was nervous to start working out again. This place has zero intimidation factor whatsoever. The trainers are friendly and relatable while also very helpful knowledgable and motivating. The participants in the boot camp classes are also super friendly and helpful. I get a great work out leaving sweaty and sore, a good sore. And the times are super accommodating to my busy schedule. I was dragged out of my warm bed by a friend who wanted to check out this new place in town. She had heard good things and the first class was free so I figured why not?! Although I'm in decent shape, I was a little nervous going to some place like this, away from my comfort zone of the normal gym or one on one with my trainer. I was pleasantly surprised to see many people, both men and women, of all fitness levels and felt like I fit right in! The instructor, who I assume is the owner, has a good energy about him and is very upbeat and positive, not in an annoying way either. Music was good and you're so busy trying to get through the burn that you're not focusing on what other people can or can't do. The warm up wasn't difficult, running in place, push-ups, squats, etc but got my heart rate right where it needed to be. The circuit was about 5 different stations and were challenging, especially the third rep around! There were times I slowed down or completely stopped for a minute and never felt like he was going to call me out, he just kept generally encouraging. After the 30 minutes, I was sweaty and tired and I burned more calories than I would have talking for an hour on the treadmill! I didn't sign up for a package, but it was a steal of a deal! With 3 kids, running a business and household, I can't always commit to 3-5 days a week. I would love to see a punch card available in the future so I can pop in when life allows. I know they just opened so it's probably an investment in the beginning, but I also think about 10 fans hanging would be awesome too! I had a great, fast workout and will be back! read more

I first started at Chino Hills Fit Body Bootcamp at the end of August 2016. A friend had invited me to do a 28-day challenge. It wasn't easy to start, but by the end it it, I felt much stronger and felt like I finally could take control of my health. I am happy to say that I've become a member of Fit Body since then. Cara and John not only put so much effort into helping FBBC members become the best version of themselves, but more importantly, they put a lot of love into their work. When I go there, I know for sure that they truly do care about me. It's reflected in their welcoming trainers, their high-fives, the texts and emails I get if I don't check-in at least 3 days out of the week, and the fact that they know my name. And the rest of the members are also so supportive and welcoming. High-fives and smiles all around after our workouts! It's not an intimidating environment at all... everyone is just working as hard as the next person. What I love about Fit Body is that they coach you on not only exercise, but nutrition as well. Another benefit is that their workouts are 30 minutes long, but you better believe we are working our butts off during those workouts! Effective, yet time efficient, which is perfect for someone like me. I have no excuse not to do it and I feel stronger with each session. The trainers are great and definitely expect accountability on their end! They WILL text or email you if they see you've gone missing for 3 days or more. :) The investment in your health is always worth it. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to change their life. There's no going back for me after FBBC. read more
