Long story short, no resolution for another couple of months. Received a thumb drive in the mail & contacted tech. No response except she was out of the country & she'd take care of it the next day. FF 3 weeks, still no help. Finally called Johnson for relevant information, called the manufacturer & they talked me thru the upload in about 90 seconds. Dicks and Asurion refused to honor the insurance that was purchased. Dick's is willing to sell you Asurion Insurance for your sporting goods. When the insurance you purchase refuses to honor the policy they won't stand behind their customers. Rather than honor the insurance we purchased for $50 the insurance company had the gall to offer the money we paid for the insurance back. Dick's did nothing to make this right even though we have proof of purchase of both the bat as well as the insurance from them and we were well within the time frame of the insurance. Do not purchase goods from Dick's. Scheel's is a much better option!!!

I called Fitness Machine Technicians to troubleshoot and repair a noisy treadmill. After having to…read morere-schedule the appointment because the tech wasn't going to be available they came a week later to "troubleshoot" the machine. The technician determined it is a bad roller bearing on the rear roller, he took our $158 for the service call and told us the office would contact us with a repair estimate, this was on March 27. Today is May 2nd and despite a follow up call to them, we have not received this repair estimate. Don't waste your money...they'll take your $150 for the 15 minute service call and then crickets.
