No where on the website does it state that they have A 15% restocking fee and that si what they charged me when I returned the misrepresented pants. I was shopping at this store minding my own business on the phone with my girlfriend asking her…read morequestions about the quality of the hiking boots I'm looking at. Reason being is that there's a hiking trip that I plan on going with her and her family. Hearing how great Columbia brand boots are from her and her friends; I wanted to buy one. While on the phone with my girlfriend and trying on my shoe size; I heard a voice saying, "He's so annoying!" I turned my head and 5 feet away from me was a female store associate stocking shoes close to my proximity. She was on her store communication device with other store associates. What I heard was loud enough and intentional; like literally being "indirectly aggressive" in her voice/behavior on her Comm device. When I went to the cash register area with my boots; there was no associate there. I waited for a few minutes and no one was coming; so I went back to look at more boots. A few minutes later I decided to go back and see if there was any associates at the cash register. Only when I left that they were there... when approaching the cash register; they left again. I had to approach one of them to get their attention as if they were avoiding me... This made me feel like they were completely avoiding me on purpose; the customer... At this moment I felt very unwelcome and the atmosphere there felt really weird. While at the cash register with two associates finally taking my payment... the female associates gave off some really weird/cold sounded questions and asked if I wanted to donate money to their store cause; I said yes. I finally bought the boots and got out of there as fast as I could. Being completely honest; I felt very unwelcome at this store... I'm giving this store a prompt rating of 1 star. I'm very disappointed with with how the store associates handles things here and how they treat my experience at this store. Management if you're seeing this; do your work and get your associates in line... because there are some very "apparent" behavior Bull Sh#$! here.... shaking my head in complete disappointment and disgust.

But selection is what is good. Not sure if i've ever seen a buy one get one half off sale here or not. Purchased a few shoes here now and then but not really my first choice. Service is always helpful and friendly. No complaints. Convenient location due to being in Outlet mall with a Skechers, price comparing made easy. Worth a look, I've never found any amazing deals, but have found some unique shoes and some that fit my weird sized wide feet just right. So that's a bonus.
