In addition, its massive roots were exposed, taking up a significant portion of the lawn. I received three estimates from highly rated tree service companies and decided to select Willow Tree. I selected Willow Tree because of the quick response, professional opinion and thorough explanation of the removal process, and the price - they came in with the lowest estimate. They came out on the scheduled date, and we watched in amazement as they methodically took down this incredibly large tree! It was such a professional job - they had their own crane, wood chipper, numerous trucks and equipment. It was impressive to say the least. They removed the tree in one day - then returned and removed the massive stump and root structure. The result - a beautiful, smooth looking area that you would never know a tree had been there! What a great job Willow did!

If we could go back now we would have never went with the company. The owner Rick lacks accountability, responsibility, and has poor reputability. He does not keep to his work and has more excuses than I have ever heard from a business owner. This company has been working on two projects on our home since March. There is been one problem after another with excuse after excuse. His crews leave trash at the work site, have been see smoking pot, sitting around when they have been working, they did not lay the product we ordered, got into a water main, half ass repaired the water main and caused a malfunction in our homes water pump due to sodder going into the pump, and over all doing the bare minimum. The initial project we were told would be completed in two weeks it has now been three months. Do not use this company for any home build or large project. It had been beyond disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
