After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Now we have a perfect space and can't wait to enjoy it over the summer! Highly, highly recommend!

The biggest and most creative hardscape project was installing a paver walkway below the deck steps and steps constructed of boulders down a slope in the back yard surrounded by landscaping. The boulder steps are unique. My only concern with it is that the boulders are somewhat uneven and you must be careful walking down. Bill and Scott are very knowledgeable of correct plant species that do well in SE PA climate, as well as proper installation methods of hardscaping, decking. My only criticisms of Bill and his crew is scheduling, as they are in demand, and Bill and I occasionally disagree on certain aspects of/ approach to a job or task. More often than not, HE has been right. Their work is good value for the price.

Supply chain issues have left few choices among Bountiful Acres' competition, but they seem to have figured it out and kept the lines of communication and supply open with their vendors. Andy helped us on our recent visit. He's been their 20+ years and was so friendly and helpful. He also offered some great, insightful advice on some landscaping materials we asked about for privacy screening. Definitely worth the trip.

Landscape planner, Jeff, evaluated our needs, developed a design plan, and returned to personally oversee the installation. Nickett coordinated the landscape installation to coincide with the drainage work. The installation team was hardworking, had excellent attention to detail, and was eager to please. Neatness counts and it showed as they removed all debris and ensured the right look. End result was fantastic! They left watering instructions which we followed to a T. A couple of months later, our new azaleas, rhododendrons, spruces, and numerous other plantings are thriving! Unfortunatly, 2 of 4 arbs did not make it. Jeff returned to examine the root balls so as to prevent future issues for other clients. Of course, they honored the plant warranty and replaced the arbs. All is now as it should be and they continue to support us in any way needed.
