I took my working phone in to get the cracked screen replaced and left with a broken camera. They said it needs a micro solder repair, they don't do that, and to contact Verizon about warranty for my "software issue". I've spent countless hours driving to Verizon, calling a CSR and being transferred multiple times, doing troubleshooting, and eventually a factory reset. It's not Verizon's responsibility to warranty something Asurion (UBreakiFix retailer) broke. I'm at a loss and unable to capture precious moments of my baby while stuck in the middle of them pointing blame at each other. I reported this issue to Assurion's Customer Support and I'm told I'll be contacted within 24 hrs. I will never use this store again! The assistant, Thiago, was so determined to get a 5 star review that he took my phone and rated MY experience 5 stars and handed my phone back.
