BEWARE! Took my iPhone 13 for screen repair. After two weeks promising , multiple delays on unreturned phone calls and texts, office be closed with notes on the door during scheduled hours saying closing early. I was able to get my phone back and take to another location. It was easily repaired in one day by Cellular Refresh. Matthew promises the world and unfortunately did not deliver. I've used this business on several other occasions in the past with great results but at this point I cannot recommend them at all. read more

Went in for battery replacement on iPhone X and they ended Up stripping 3 screws in my never ever serviced or damaged iPhone. After all that, said they couldn't replace it. Now Bestbuy won't even touch it and with Apple SouthPark practically closed, I have to go to another no-namer to fix it Also took my wife's iPhone to have battery replaced and not only did they replace it with a non OEM battery since the charge barely holds, but they also ended up damaging the home button. They ordered a refurbished one to replace it and that's the only reason they earned the second star. Wouldn't return to this place ever again. read more

I dropped off an iPad 5th gen for repair on a Monday to have the cracked screen repaired. I was told it would be ready by the coming Wednesday, day before thanksgiving. It was ready the next Wednesday after thanksgiving. Although promised earlier service completion; the issue was handled professionally and, the product looks great, repaired well, and is perfect working condition. read more

I recently went by this place because my phone screen cracked and I needed to have it repaired. The service cost about $120 which feels a little pricey but I had come here before and they did a good job so I was fine with it. I dropped off my phone and went back after a couple hours to pick up my phone when they told me a part had shorted out and could not be replaced so I needed a new phone. I was mostly fine with this since they offered to pay for the phone and give me a trap phone for the time being. It was just inconvenient as my phone was not backed up so I nearly lost all my photos and information. The replacement phone came in after about 2 weeks which took longer than what I had hoped and been told. The replacement phone also seemed to be in slightly worse shape than what my old phone was (besides the cracked screen) so maybe they cheaped out on the replacement. All the staff were very responsive with the situation and professional so it was nice to to always be updated. All in all, I had an alright experience with this location and have no harsh feelings towards it, but the whole situation was very inconvenient and stressful. I shattered my iphone screen and this was the closest place. Spoke on the phone with raff (broke my ankle so was having my stepdad bring it by for me) and he was super helpful and friendly! was fixed quickly and looks great! they also give you the glass screen protector 1/2 off, which i definitely appreciated. highly recommend and raff is great! read more

I had a terrible experience with this place. I will not be back and I would not recommend anyone to this store for PC/MAC diagnostic or repair. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and respectful, but I didn't receive good customer service at all. I dropped off my laptop on 09/24/17 for a "no display" issue, a very common issue for these 2008 MacBook Pros. The technician called me at the end of the week to ask me a few questions, he got any info he needed from me and told me I would get a call back with a price and diagnosis soon. It wasn't until 10/05, 11 days after I dropped my Mac off, that I received a call from lifeline stating that they would not be able to repair my MacBook. I asked if the $40 diagnostic fee would still be owed and I was told yes. I immediately asked to speak with the manager since I was being told I would be charged a diagnostic fee with no diagnosis. They told me the manager was not in that day and that he would call me the next day. Never got a call back. So I went into the store on Saturday 10/07 and spoke with the manager, he apologized for forgetting to call me. He brought out my laptop and it had a note with prices around $200. I asked if that was the price of the repair to fix it and he was unsure so he called the technician. The tech told him he didn't actually have a price but just figured it was going to be too much and that I wouldn't want to fix it. The manager let the tech know you can't just assume a customer doesn't want to move forward on repairs and asked that he get an accurate quote and call me on Monday. I never got a call back on Monday. I waited until Thursday the 12th before I called back and complained. The technician called me back the same day after that. He still didn't have a quote. He did tell me that someone told him around $175 for the part but he wasn't 100% sure yet and he would have an exact quote for me the next day on Friday. Of course I didn't get a call back on Friday. So on Saturday I tried calling them again, I called a total of 6 times between 11am and 4pm and no one ever answered. Finally I went to the website and found a different number than the one that I've used to contact them before. The owner answered, I let him know of everything going on, he was very nice and apologetic and told me I would get a call back from him with a price on the repairs that day. He called me back within 10 mins to inform me that they still didn't have an exact price, but it would be somewhere around $700-$900 to repair it. I can buy another MacBook for this price. The problem definitely isn't the price of the repair, it's all of the hassle and un-professionalism that I had to deal with to get to a ballpark figure to repair my Mac. I still haven't got an actual figure. read more
