The shrimp (7 total) came with a small salad, tomato and fries. The shrimp were delicious! Cooked perfectly with a nice light seasoning. I'm not a huge French fry fan but I liked them too. I added a tiny bit of blue cheese dressing (no dressing provided) to the salad and cut up the tomato. I enjoyed my dinner and the service was friendly. I arrived long before the lunch rush, but food turnover was slow and they were already out of a lot of items. They took my burger order (Mushroom Swiss with sweet potato fries) but didn't take payment or ask my name. Thankfully my Mum raised me right and I alerted them to this as soon as I had the chance. They called out burger types and not names when ready, leading to confusion when multiple people were waiting for the same burger. Long after placing my order and making payment, I was then told that they were out of sweet potato fries (which were still up on the board), but they replaced with curly fries and made it right by offering to reimburse me. These gentlemen produce some really, really tasty burgers and curly fries good enough to eat without sauce. However, they need to tweak their internal process a little to make sure they don't miss payments or muddle orders.

My son got the pulled pork sandwich which was served "hot dog" style in a folded bun. Everything was so good! Baked beans were "Sonny's better"! Pork had an awesome smoked flavor. The chicken was waaaaayyy too smokey, so much so that it tasted more burnt. I thought the Tzatziki would add a nice flavor to it to help offset some of the smoke, but it had zero flavor. I ended up adding mayo to it...it didn't help. I decided I would just eat the fries but they were way over salted. So I'm thinking it was a just a bad night. Pulled pork was ok; to me was a little simple seemed like only salt and pepper on the rub. The brisket was excellent though! Really moist and tender. That led us to order the brisket tacos and my son ordered the ribs, after much selling by the guy in the truck on how good they were. The ribs had a nice flavor very smokey. They're spare ribs which in my opinion is an inferior cut and were very fatty. We ended up taking them home and off the bone and was delicious that way. The tacos were very good. Came with a bbq salsa type sauce. Sauce was good, tacos didn't need it - too vinegary for brisket. Main thing we would change is corn tortilla vs flour, but the tortilla was toasted nicely.

The loaded potato is a huge baked potato topped with smoked brisket, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and smoky BBQ sauce. This thing was well over a pound of food. Plenty for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. The Big Pig is a whole smoked sausage topped with pulled pork, smoky BBQ sauce, shredded cheese, and bacon. And I got a side of fried corn nuggets. It was a pleasant pile of porcine preciousness. I'd definitely try them again next time they stop by.

I went over to their location at a college and their was a small line already there. I really like the artwork on their trailer, it's very bold and colorful and I think it captures "Memphis" perfectly. I ended up ordering the BBQ rib sandwich combo with baked beans and cole slaw and it was a good thing that I got there when I did because the were gonna shut down after my order. I chit-chatted with the lady at the counter as my food was being prepared. She's very friendly and even gave me some tips about what to use on my natural hair. Anyway, I thanked her and the cook and wished them well as I headed back to the office. The sandwich hit the exact spot I needed it to. There was no need to add anything to it as they were very generous with the bbq sauce. The ribs were excellent and seasoned just right. The beans and the slaw were awesome as well, nothing to complain about there. All in all, I'm very satisfied. I saw on their truck that they occasionally have smoked salmon so I'll have to follow them to see when they'll have it. I'd definitely will return.

This was just ok. First off let me say that Al the owner was amazing. He was getting set up when I introduced myself. I complimented him on the awesome design of the truck and he sent me a great photo to use on Yelp. He was personable and friendly. I came back 30 minutes later once they were up and ready and the woman working the truck got me my pulled pork sandwich with fries. She wasn't all that friendly. I don't know why, as I always make a point to be really nice. The pork is decent. It's moist and tender. The flavor profile I prefer is a bit more smoky, this was light in that department. Texture was odd because it was so well shredded that it pretty much dissolved in my mouth. The sauce was decent, but when I think Memphis BBQ, I think vinegar based sauces, and this was a more traditional sweet, tomato based (read KC) one. It's not bad mind you, it was ok. The fries were well cooked: crispy, really well seasoned and darned hot. The seasoning blend they use is a winner. Would I go back? Probably not. I've got a BBQ place prefer up the street from my home.
