They have a great social media presence, and the website is easy to navigate. No matter your yoga level, there's something for everyone--and if you're not sure, just shoot them an email or DM. They offer a nice series of classes and special events, even on Thanksgiving morning, Christmas Day morning, and New Year's Day morning. The studio has a serene, relaxed atmosphere, and whoever is at the desk always seems genuinely happy to see you. I'm really enjoying coming here for classes and trying new things. If you're unsure about yoga, don't be--it's a safe, welcoming space. They offer a variety of classes, including vinyasa, restorative, yin, and other special classes. Everyone is welcome here. They manipulate contracts without notice, rack up hidden charges, and refuse to cancel memberships to continue exploiting customers. === In my case, I miscommunicated with their staff, thinking I would no longer be charged. Subsequently, they reactivated my account and started charging me without notice. I was left completely in the dark and discovered they were hiding an accruing balance when I happened to stop by their health club. They callously refused to cancel my membership unless I paid off the fictitious balance first (I tried verbally in person, then through email), a clear violation of New York's Health Club Services Act, as I had moved more than 25 miles away from their clubs. When I requested a contract copy, they manipulated contract terms after signing, again without my knowledge or consent, as they did not inform me of these contract changes when they happened. The erroneous capitalization in their revised contract language is strikingly similar to the poorly written emails they sent me as I tried to resolve the issue, leading me to believe they very recently added the clauses to keep me trapped after I brought them my issue. The added clauses were that I was required to fill out cancel forms at the front desk and pay off my fictitious balance before I could cancel, seemingly to make it difficult for me as I have moved away. Attempting to resolve these issues with their staff was an exercise in futility. It took 21 days of dealing with an unprofessional and apathetic baby individual who ignored my concerns and refused to act in good faith. When push comes to shove, be prepared for the scammer's last-ditch flail: "I see your point a little. so what are you able to pay for the balance I will just get rid of the others so this can be done"

It's hard to have a favorite class or instructor at VAULT because all of them are fun, friendly, and provide you with the best workout possible. I always look forward to my chilled eucalyptus towel after class - a small but brilliant touch that really elevates your overall experience. I also enjoy that I get two guest passes per month with my unlimited membership, it allows me to occasionally bring my friends without them having to pay - I'm pretty sure that they are the only class-based gym that does this. I can't recommend this place enough - if you're bored with your workout routine and want to join a community of positive, uplifting people, then VAULT is for you!

The friends she has made over the years have become her second family as well as the teachers. They don't push the kids to do more than they can do but they will make sure the kids are not just going through the motions. They have fun and make it fun for the kids. If you're looking for a studio that will teach your child the fundamentals as well as let them be their own person.. this is the studio for you.

Throughout almost the entire season, communication with parents was minimal. As recital approached, there was no dress rehearsal scheduled for the day before the performance, and no communication about that until parents began asking questions during the week of the recital. Even more concerning, no information was provided regarding arrival times, check-in procedures, or what was expected of the dancers throughout the day. The only information parents received came after repeatedly asking, and the response was essentially, "I think 10:30 will work" for an 11:00 a.m. recital. In the entire 9 months my daughter participated, I never learned the instructors' names and never met the owner a single time. That level of disconnect is surprising and, in my opinion, unprofessional for a youth program. As someone who has coached youth programs for several years, I understand the importance of communication with parents--especially when working with very young children. Keeping families informed should be a priority, not an afterthought. I am grateful for the experience my daughter had and the enjoyment she got from dancing. However, I am completely dissatisfied with how this business is managed. It feels as though the owner may be stretched too thin between multiple locations and simply does not have the time to properly oversee and support the Bath location. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this studio. I hope this review helps other parents make an informed decision when choosing a dance program for their child.

Students have said that the teachers make learning fun and at the same time challenging while learning. Don't waste your money going anywhere else if you want an enjoyable experience for you or your child to learn to dance. Teachers are always accessible to talk to and are very understanding, patient and willing to help students and parents with any questions or concerns. Their competition teams are awesome and have won numerous awards. There is also alot of one-on-one attention given to students during their classes. This is a school where the teachers really invest themselves in your dance education whether you are looking to be a serious dancer or a recreational dancer.
