We had carpet installed about five years ago no issues and a great price. We needed some minor stretching repairs, and the staff gave me a number for the installer who arrived a few days later. It was one of the original installers (Donnie) and he repaired quickly and at a very fair price. I will keep returning as a customer with service like that. read more

Wow, if I could give 10 stars, this would be the first time I would do so. I stopped into Floor Meisters on the recommendation of my best friend who builds custom kitchens just a few weeks ago. He said that because they are a family business, they will not only provide me with the best product for my home, but they'll install and guarantee it like no other in town. Man, was he right! Here I am just a few weeks later with brand new flooring and it feels like I just bought a brand new home! From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Alex who listened to what I was looking for in my townhome. I was sent home with multiple samples without any pressure to make a decision. The next day, T.J. came out to measure my place and he discussed all the possibilities for the install, from ripping out the old tile, to just going over the existing tile with the flooring. We came to the right decision, a few days later I had my estimate and was put on the schedule for the following week! WHAT? I was totally expecting to be put out weeks or even months later. This was an awesome surprise. The crew of Mark and Nick were not only respectful of my property and myself, but courteous, hardworking and the install came out even better than I had imagined! Mark was able to build the transition from my tile to where the nasty carpet had been with feathering that T.J. said would be perfect - and he was right! You can't even tell that tile ever existed in my house. In 3 days, I had 800 square feet of brand new flooring including removal of the old carpet! Mark - he's not human. What a job he did! The whole team was above and beyond amazing, from the customer service, the price for the entire job and the install, why would you go anywhere else? I could definitely feel the family feeling and am so glad that I listened to my buddy. You should listen, too! read more

I went in looking to buy a floor transition piece. The owner asked me where I bought the flooring from and I told him. At this point he stated he will not send me anything and that I should buy the transition where I bought the floor from. I never came across a business owner so rood, never stepping foot in his establishment again! read more

Outstanding value and quality above and beyond what I had expected. Judy Meister helped me through the carpet selection process since I have only done wood floors in the past. She came out to measure and review my selection. They were understanding and held my carpet as it took painters I hired almost three weeks to finish. The installation was incredible as well extremely efficient without a single scratch. Mine was a large job and went without a hitch not to mention significantly less monies than other popular named carpet stores in Naples. Looks better than I ever anticipated! read more

We went to this company for a new carpet. After measuring,they said they had to get it bound. After numerous calls which we're never returned and weeks of delay, we finally went somewhere else. I don't know how anyone can do business with them. read more

Tyler helped us at the store with our selections and was very up-front with options and costs. He arrived at our home the next day to measure our rooms and answered all questions. Materials arrived ahead of schedule and Floor Meisters arrived to update 7 rooms of our home over 4 days. We chose matching hardwood floors for our Master bedroom and 1st floor bedroom. David and Ed carefully moved all furniture back and forth and completed 5 rooms of new sculptured carpet that looks fabulous with no visible seems. Hector and John did an exceptional job on the hardwood floors so much so that it is difficult to see the transition from the original 2nd floor hall into our bedroom. Their work was beyond professional and even the quarter-round trim looks like it was there the whole time. To top it off they even checked the bottoms of each piece of furniture before replacing and added felt pads where necessary. Kudos to all your installers. We highly recommend! read more

Horrible customer service. We hardly walked through the door inquiring about stair noses to match our floors, and a representative yelled across the store while walking toward us, "then go back to where you bought them from." He sat down in a chair in front of us with his arms crossed and scoffed at our product. The worst part was there was a family picture hung behind him with a bunch of beautiful smiling children. We love to support family owned businesses, but I hope these kids will be raised with a better example of business skills. We had other upcoming projects that we were also interested in looking around for, but I wouldnt even consider coming back now. read more

Had them measure my home for Cor-Tec flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Went in 2 weeks later and selected both floor designs and was told by the owner they could not find my measurements but would have my salesman call me. He never called so I emailed them and called again and heard nothing! I ended up installing Cor-Tec myself (which was easy and saved me 2 grand ) and will have Home Depot handle the carpet. This company seems to have more work than they can handle and I will have Home Depot handle my carpet in our home we are moving out of. My wife and I went into the store on Wednesday 3/23/22 about 1:30 and upon entering a young salesman ask if we needed any hep. We had premeasured and knew we needed approximately 330 sq. yds. to replace seven bedrooms and game room. I responded we were looking for either tile or carpet and was unsure which we wanted. He pointed to the carpet samples and said the tile was over there. We helped ourselves for about 30 minutes without anyone else willing to speak or help. I had a few questions and went to the front desk where a young lady was typing into a laptop, I stood in front of her for several minutes without her acknowledging me. We left the store headed back to Marco Island and stopped at another store was greeted, helped answered questions, and scheduled for measurements today 3/24. Not impressed with the store staff and will not recommend. read more

We shopped around for vinyl flooring in the bedrooms and decided on Floor Meisers. We wanted an American Made Product and decided on a gray white washed look. We love the floors and couldn't be happier with the service. We decided on a quarter inch round trim be installed which they dropped off a few days before the instillation. This gave us time to paint it to match the molding. The two gentlemen who installed the floors were great; efficient and extremely neat! Thanks you, Rickey for your help! read more

Visited Floor Meisters Naples Blvd location recently. Asked to look at engineered wood flooring to replace 3000 square feet of existing flooring. One of 3 gentlemen sitting at desks up front talking to one another waved at a the right side of the store and said "if you see something let me know." That's the only thing we heard from anybody in the store for the rest of our visit. We spent about 15 minutes finding our way through many wood samples, some labelled some not. No one asked if they could help, did you find something you liked, etc. When we walked to the door neither of the two guys still talking even bothered to look much less offer belated assistance. I can imagine the level and quality of after-sale attention and support if they put that little effort into getting the sale in the first place. Good luck to anyone willing to gamble on this place. read more

I can't say enough about the folks at Floor Meisters. These people are all about customer satisfaction and they are a pleasure to do business with. I worked with Judy who was terrific! They have a wonderful selection of carpets and their prices are fair. We chose new carpeting for our staircase and the installation was not easy. Our staircase winds around and this difficult shape required a lot of time and effort in order to make the finished product look exactly right. The store sent someone to do a template which meant our old carpet had to be removed. Our installation was a few days later and this lovely man, Will, tacked down an individual pad on each step so that our dog wouldn't slip going down the steps for the two days before the carpet was installed. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman, Dave; who happens to be one of the owners. The Floor Meisters is family owned and operated. They have an excellent selection and are simply the best!! I just purchased carpet from them; they were able to install the carpet within a few days of my purchase and the installation was perfect!! They have such a wonderful inventory in different price ranges. I was amazed by all the flooring they offer: Wood Flooring, Laminate Flooring, Cork Flooring, Carpet, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Porcelain Tile Wood Floors and Area Rugs.
