It was pretty gross. Then we noticed that the Rug had been damaged, the colors were faded throughout and it looked bleached on the edged and faded throughout the rug. We noticed the same thing on both Rugs! We were very upset. The rugs were not cheap and now they are ruined. We called to complain; left several messages but no one answered nor returned our call. Now we have two damaged rugs one of which I put outside in the Lanai and still trying to figure out what to do with the other rug. The work that was done and the service associated with the work was bad. Wish we had taken our rugs somewhere else.

When they came back for the second time although they looked fine , again started to smell again . So we bought a cheap rug shampoo upright and stared to clean them ourselves , we were shocked how nasty the water was , telling us they we not cleaned very well either time . We ended buying a BDI entertainment cabinet for about $2300, but then needed it quickly. Michael explained their trucks were already scheduled but he would find a way to get our cabinet to us by the end of the following week...and he did! The delivery guys were incredibly polite and extremely careful. The cabinet looks beautiful and the whole experience was VERY positive.
